You forgot the pickax from Captain Toad Treasure Tracker. The way Captain Toad uses it and the tune it plays is a reference to the hammer from the original Donkey Kong.

Missed one: In stage 1 of White Wafers in Kirby's Return to Dreamland, there is an area with a bunch of cannons that work the same as DK barrels and there is a secret area full of bananas

The DKC intro strenghtens the idea that Cranky is the original DK.
You forgot the references to DK in Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie.

The "Odyssey, ya see" part in Jump Up, Super Star also has the classic 25m BGM playing in the back, plus the jingle when jumping over a barrel. Similarly, a 25m arrangement plays between the second refrain and the final verse of Break Free (Lead the Way).

Mario & Donkey Kong Debuted in the Same Game did you know Mario Bros came out before DK 3 sure Stanley Bug man is not Mario he’s Mario’s Son
You forgot the DK Arcade in Donkey Kong 64.
Problem is, quite a few of these are from actual Donkey Kong games. And are, of course, conscious decisions from the makers of the games. Especially in Donkey Kong country. It’s not really a reference.
