@@darkknight4353 only to a certain degree. The open world is nice to look at, but depth of interactivity isn't where the bulk of development time was spent. Where CP2077 clearly received a lot of developer love are its primary NPCs, who are well-rounded believable people, and the astoundingly detailed environment. The story is also generally pretty good - absolutely fantastic at several points! - even if it is mostly linear with a ton of minor variations and a few different endings. In broad strokes, the game is very good and worth playing. In its details, however, it's inconsistent. IMO, the open world would have significantly benefitted from a faction reputation system, more utilization of first-person interactions like eating, drinking, etc., and a lot more random events. There's a weird disconnect where citizens don't behave in a manner entirely consistent with the lore, which does make the world outside of its scripted quests feel a bit more like your generic urban dystopia than I would have liked. Oh, and there's a massive variety of consumables that do exactly the same mostly irrelevant two things.

Been having a copy of the game since forever but decides to hold back from playing it bcs of the disastrous launch, that is until i watched the tear-jerker anime and finding out that they're gonna roll-out the 1.62 Edgerunners update. And the rest would probably be the most spiritual experience of game-playing in my entire life, loved and still loving every seconds of it!

Evolution of Crysis (Game) will be cool.

One of the best games of all time, despite all of the controversial stuff that happened to it. I was fortunate enough to be able to play it twice, early build and the latest a few weeks ago with minimal bugs that did not cause any gameplay disruption.

I was there on day one and you could tell by the game's inconsistencies the incredible ambition they had started with, and where they were forced to quickly wallpaper over the gaps in order to make launch. Elements of genius mixed with the weirdly bland and pedestrian. This was on a brand new PC, too, so I only experienced a handful of cosmetic glitches and occasional Skrim-esque physics silliness from object clipping. I was utterly flabbergasted by news of the sh--show on last gen consoles. It was clear that priorities had been painfully mismanaged.

Also, people like to bandy about the "7-year" development time, forgetting that development didn't start in earnest until 2016, and even then they had to scrap and redo a lot in 2018 after committing to first-person only. That's a lot of wasted time and effort screwed over by incompetent management.

When the game was released I bought it whit my bro on ps4 when there was news about that they are taking the game from PlayStation Store my bro refounded the game but before he did that I turned my internet from PlayStation off.(so the game stays on my PlayStation)I played the whole game while I was offline and the game was amazing I played the whole game whit all the bugs and shit and ama tell you I DIDNT CARE AT ALL (btw I didn’t encounter so much bugs in the game so I really have no idea what are some people saying like “that game was unplayable “blablabla the game was completely playable you people just didn’t give the chance to the game and refounded it instantly when you saw all the shittalk on social media ) all the people who were crying about how fucked up and glitchy the game is probably didn’t even played it just saw some post,videos on social media lot of streamers where talking shit about the game and some people made their opinion from that. I feel like this game wasn’t such a disappointment I feel like if the internet didn’t put so much hate on this game it would evolve even faster and would be good in couple months. Cuz look the cyberpunk edgerunners came out and lot of people loved it. The game was revived and now people are playing it again and everyone is loving it .

Cyberpunk is just an OK game. Looks great now, but no rpg elements, just a sandbox that looks pretty. Nothing much to do. Lots have to be added, updated if it want to be as big as GTA.

I wish all my projects that ended up as a "disaster" netted me hundreds of millions in profit. A "mismanaged" or "badly flawed" or "poorly executed" launch sure. But "disaster"? I know negativity, drama drives clicks, so that's why you need to hype that up. I get it. But it's disingenuous and misleading. Also the fact you spend 5 times as long on the last gen console version and just briefly mention PC, current gen users had far fewer issues even at launch. Again I get it that narrative is sexy. But again, it's misleading and not as honest a picture as it could be. All that said as a whole a good video. But sadly you fall into the drama for clicks hole on this topic many do. Spend most of you time on the last gen issues and just mostly in passing talk about the other end, PC users. But again, as a whole, good job.
