Actually it’s the most realistic one, she’s screaming but it sounds like a roar due to the human ear not being able to hear such high frequencies.

@@okay8182 Are you sure? The canary cry should sound like a high pitched scream, so the sound waves and shatter and force things back. The roar sounded loud, but it wasn't as powerful as a high pitched scream.

It looked like they were showing their first scenes as black canary. Unfortunately that was Laurel’s. (Not including her cameo with the 2 guys at their car at the end of the episode prior to that one)

Where is E-2 Dinah Laurel Lance? She may have been the same character but she was from a different universe and had a very different story. I know she started off evil and as Black Siren but she had a great redemption arc and by the time this came out, she was good and on her way to becoming the the Black Canary. Plus she had the character name and the canary cry. If Sara was in this, E-2 Dinah Lance should have been as well. I love Sara but she was never the Black Canary. She was just the Canary and then the white canary. I understand showing Canary scenes because she was wearing black and her death was what caused her sister to take up her mantel with a slight name change, but the white canary scene confused me.

@@peepeepoopooguy6969 Actually, Amari is correct. The scenes of Sarah Lance were the scenes of the White Canary. From the beginning, Sarah Lance was *The Canary* not the *Black Canary.* And later on she became the White Canary. She was never the black canary in the first place. The first Black canary (referring to arrowverse) was Dinah Laurel Lance, the sister of Sarah. Dinah then died, as the earth-2 Laurel appeared, being called *Black Siren* . Dinah Drake became the official black canary near the end. Dinah drake was a new character of S5 appearing in arrow.

In my opinion, the new 2020 was amazing. She had some of the best combat moves. The best canary cry has to go to the Birds of Prey 2020 movie. But for the arrowverse series, It would have to be black siren. She was the best in my opinion.

No, the better are Dinah Drake and Laurel Lance E-2 scream from Arrow

from the live versions of Black Canary, Sara Lance/Caity Lotz was the best, then Dinah Drake. All Laurel versions are just bad.

LOLOLOL what? Sara Lance isn't even the Black Canary, she was The Canary and later the White Canary. She also isn't even from the comics and has no canary cry. Dinah Drake isn't the same one as from the comics either. (Dinah Drake from the comics is Laurels mother, and she already appeared in Arrow season 1-4, which means that the new Dinah Drake isn't even a real character, hey just made her up and then called her Dinah so that fans wouldn't get mad.) Earth 1 Laurel, while she didn't have a proper canary cry and only had a device collar, was still a capable fighter and was on the same level as "Dinah Drake" by the time season 4 happened. She was obviously still weak in season 3 but she was a beginner. And Earth 2 Laurel Lance is basically the perfect canary. She beat Dinah's ass, took down Sara, has the best and most powerful canary cry (can literally destroy buildings) has the best costume (in season 8) and is the best fighter out of all four Canaries.
