Very helpful. Very informative. Thank you! I learned so much about how I can utilize the natural environment around me to assist my creation of a Japanese garden.

This is beautifully explored, I would really like to see an example of a Japanese style garden but in a humid , tropical climate. The natural native plants in these spaces grow exuberantly and dont often fit the tamed aesthetics of Japanese styles gardens which originates in a temperate regions of the world.

I think that would be awesome. Using these principles, this art form could be used in a tropical environment. I would love to see this done! We recently got to visit the spiral galaxy garden in Kentucky. His design of the universe reflects something found in nature that most of us would never even think of when designing a Japanese garden.

Outstanding content in this video! By his focus on guiding principles it frees us to explore how we may create and continually improve our own Japanese garden regardless where we live.

I think the key here is influenced and inspired by principles rather that slavishly following 'rules'. Creativity never stands still so ideas like incorporating native plants and adapting to local conditions sets up a new direction that in turn becomes a part of the evolving canon.

Thanks for watching! I know it's dated. The way I enjoy this like having an old video of you grandmother or grandfather and you just glad to actually hear their voice once more. It's the content of the message I get more than anything.
