I'd love to see you guys put a one way bearing on the front drive shaft and a hand brake for rear brakes only so you can power slide that hairpin turn. That's my plan for my next machine. The one way bearing let's you lock up the back wheels in four wheel drive for good sliding/drifting turns.

Lenardo is probably pretty close on the 50 companies involved in a Chevy truck. Maybe even more. Probably more. I used to make the dash frame for the Dodge Viper and door frames for Kenworth trucks. So I know there are a ton of small companies contracted to make individual parts.

You're right man! I've been involved on the backend of a lot of a few engineering companies in my day and sort of understand how it all works. Point there was simply that just because we call it the "Evo belt" doesn't mean you're a genius internet hacker when you find out it's made by Gboost.

Doug/Sous. Run the black waters up front and the stock tires on the back around the gauntlet please. I just started getting into racing up here in Alaska and I run Tensors all the way around but I always get some front end plow. I want to see if a more aggressive tread pattern up front and the “boxed” stock tire on the back helps it slide around the corners better but also maintains grip. Thanks

Belt makers recommend two temp cycles slow in low gear. We use the Razor Back gauge (from sxsblogparts.com), run it to 120 first, let it cool and run it up to 140, let it cool... Do not use any solvents on belts ever!!!

I agree, I own a rzr 1000 , kawa mule, and yxz1000 . I bought the yxz because of doug having good reliability with his. Once he got the turbo S , I sadly lost interest in channel.

I have a Yxz and I agree it was hard to keep watching because you don't see Yxz material. But I still try and support SXSBLOG.COM. By the way I never saw Doug have to change a belt on the Yxz! Haha.

You should try sport or comfort. Also what air pressure are the tires set to. Those black waters have a deal strong side walls. You might be able to take some air out get a better contact patch. Better traction

Doug you're gonna lose some corner steering with those tires. They a going to grip hard on the turn. Possibly a roll over. With those tires its very hard to steer with the throttle.
