I just thought it was funny he said that since the matchup was completely in his favor and he lost the first time. I'm honestly shocked Fuudo risked using Mika vs Nash near the end. As a Mika player I can say it's almost as bad as fighting Dhalsim if they decide to space (which he did)

Funny that neither of Team Razer played on their Arcade Sticks but rather used MadCatz.

Yep that was I believed a prototype on the early stages when USF4 came out for PS4. I'm sure RZR will release one someday soon.

The amount of cash league brings in compared to SF is laughable. I'm glad evo had enough capital to finance this.

Yes, this is still high-level play. But it's just so dull compared to the high-level play of the other Street Fighter games. It's a step down in every direction aside from graphics, it's not as interesting or entertaining as USFIV or 3rd Strike.

Yeah the game just doesn't have the same "feel" as SF4, which I thought felt like a 2D game despite being in 3D. SF5 on the other hand feels like a good 3D game trying to be a bad 2D game. It feels like squishy sandbags hitting each other. I don't know if it's the cadence, the speed, the sound effects, or what. On the other hand KOF14 has the same great feel as SF4.

Joe Schmoe just play killer instinct. costs less for more content. 26 chars,21 stages. I say this as a huge SF fan. I usually dont play anything else. But yesterday i was temped to dl it free and man the content on that game is awesome! It has a tutorial FFS. A FULL tutorial from beginner stuff all the way to high level stuff. It plays similar to sf in some ways, but in other ways it's unique. Instinct bar is like V trigger(im sure capcom used it as inspiration)

You just hold in the opposite direction as always. Even if Nadeshiko hit from behind, you dont block on the opposite of Nadeshiko, you block on the opposite of Mika. Its the same with games like Marvel 3

Trey Citizen I don't think SFV is boring per se', but it's not as free as other games, that's for sure. Should at least be able to cancel dashes with normals, AT LEAST.

The matches flip-flopped so much, I believe, because of Nash getting in his Super. Whenever he got his Super in, it threw the match wildly in his favor, and the health lead would make it harder for Mika to win. But then, Mika would do better in the next round, because Nash would have less meter. Mika also seems pretty meter reliant, but mainly in that she uses a lot of EX moves in her combos. But when she gets hit with a super early on, and then has half as much health as Nash, that round wouldn't be worth fighting.

If you thought this match was exciting and "oh shit!" worthy, you haven't been playing long. every year evo usually has crazy matches, like the K.I matches were insane this year, Xrd was amazing. sfv just wasnt
