It's like she has a more consistent personality than Neuro, she really does feel like a cohesive person whilst Neuro is whatever, whenever Her voice also feels more expressive, whilst Neuro is more robotic

If you mean mostly her voice thats kind of intentional. Evils voice was supposed to become NeuroV2 but Vedal actually wanted to keep more of Neuros original type of voice which is why he made her current voice (V3) intentionally keeping a bit of the robotic way she talks. Basically he thought Evils current voice was too different from Original Neuro.

@@chidori0117 I know you might feel like it was changed, but Neuro is still on V1 voice, the same voice she used with the Hiyori model. But it's easy to get tricked into thinking it changed because of her upgraded model and animations. V3 voice was talked about but never released. V3 singing voice, which is separate, is indeed already being used for singing. You can verify this by listening to some of the original archived streams.

I'm very curious what vedal testing the desktop vision with evil vs neuro would be like, neuro usually will gaslight him to the point where you can't tell if it's an ability issue or she's just fucking with him, evil will cooperate but she'll just be extremely mean about it It's like neuro is a sociopath and evil is pretending to be a sociopath

I had no idea it even was a quote from somewhere. The rhyme was so funny though. He has been accused of using public forums like 4chan and reddit for his training data. People make obscure references on there all the time, so could be from that idk.

Hardcoding a comment would go against her whole premise. At most Vedal gives Neuro and Evil the context of the stream for them to behave properly.
