what is multiverse?. Timeline branch and different universe all are called to be multiverse. Evil strange created from different timeline/bracng which become another universe. and Loki season was all about multiverse. He is the end the all timeline. He already save infinite timelines(universe) from destruction and save his friends. So why you think he could not do anything inside timelines? besides Kang himself was not as powerful as Loki, coz he needed a machine to control timeline and check every event. Kang who he remains, was the one to decide what events were sacred and which were needed to destroy. That's how he created his realm in the end of time. Loki is above kang. He doesn't need any device to control time. Even the infinite timeline which kang's machines could not able to control, Loki himself did control and gave life to those for growing.

So as peggy's one. At the end watcher told peggy to go back to her universe and showed loki's tree which is the ultimate truth of everything. So the universe is in that tree proved here. but don't get confused coz where watcher showed her, was a universe inside what loki held. watcher just showed the vision.

Strange fans are also overrating strange and claiming false by calling Mshe you. If they maintain actual power of strange everything should be logical and no plot hole could be seen. coz there was actually no plot hole. In fact we know Supreme strange captured ultron, hulk, C marvel, thor etc. But we still don't know which variants he captured. and how much power they hold. But I can assure you there was no infinity ultron literally of s1, thor or scarlet witch etc strange captured in bottle . If we consider s1 infinity ultron. then it got destroyed internally by a virus, then they could capture ultron with bottle magic. Not before that. so we have to understand the logic in here. besides if strange could able to capture any infinity ultron the fans claim, obviously that was not the S1 variant which was shown the best ultron version ever. same goes to other heroes. hope you understood
