I remember when this show would air in a block with Grim Adventures if Billy and Mandy as Grim and Evil. I actually didn’t learn until a few years ago that it carried on as it’s own show, I just thought it got dropped when I was a kid.

Hector is external so it seems the Bear still has its own brain but can be influenced by Hector... sometimes. The jar is a life support system

Basically Boskov had his own free will to be independent but would only act as 'Hector' when Hector controlled him

Major Doctor Ghastly excusing herself after being accused of having a relationship with her boss makes the show so much better for the parents.

As a huge fan of this overlooked gem and its hysterical characters for five years now, I must thank you a ton for finally doing a funny moment compilation on it. Let's hope this video reaches the same levels of viewership as the "Billy & Mandy" compilations!

I have a theory that Skarr is a LARPer, and doesn't have a lot, or any, military experience. When he said that his mom told him to go to the military, it'd be funny if said military were just some role-players.

4:44-5:07, poor Con Carne, he was so close to going back up from rock bottom, if his soldiers did not come to pick him up and take him away from the bears. Not to mention, it was one of the few times Hector and Boskov truly became one.

I remember watching Evil Con Carne and it brings back memories

Considering the entire character was directly inspired by Fearless Leader from Rocky & Bullwinkle, I'm pretty certain they managed to get away with a lot more than just the militaristic outfits Scarr wears. That and people back then didn't care as hard as they do now.

Basically, he and his crew got exhausted from working on this and "Billy & Mandy" at the same time. Not to mention, CN was running out of room to run new episodes of both of his shows anyway. Since "Billy & Mandy" was always a bigger passion for Maxwell than "Evil Con Carne", it was an easy decision to choose the former (which most viewers preferred anyway) over the latter.
