She's smart because Section 8 as long as you keep your property up to their standard is guaranteed money and I do mean the bulk of the rent

Just surprised the tenant felt the need to go above and beyond with all the extra damage!! With so much video evidence take her to court. I mean how can you explain that!

My heart is broken for this lady. I wish I had such kindness in a landlord. The lady my family is renting from now is pretty decent and respectful however the woman in this video really goes above and beyond. May God continue to bless her❤

Despite the circumstances, everything turned out pretty good. I'm so happy the house is completed. I pray whomever buys it is blessed. This whole ordeal was a blessing n ur favor.

I was very upset and disappointed that this tenant felt the need to be so diabolical and destructive after she lived there for 10years plus didn’t pay rent during the COVID moratorium, and you were a good landlord to her! You kept the faith and didn’t give up although you must have been so hurt. But God said in Romans8:28 that all things work together for good to them that love Him and are called according to His purpose. I’m glad to see the house so nicely repaired and ready to sell. I don’t want you to experience anything like this again.

To consider selling the home to her means that should would have been in a financial position to get a loan and purchase the home for the sale price...if that could be done...sure. Why would I be attached to who actually buys the house?

That is a beautiful house! You and your team did a great job and you are a great project manager. Nice starter house for an apperciative family. As a former section 8 recipient, I say that that woman was the minority and was just plain evil. I was so grateful when I got my first place and when I voluntarly got off the program, I appericated my own place that I pay full price for just as much.

I am great...keep in mind, during all of this I still went on a ton of vacations and my boyfriend moved here from Miami - so we stayed juggling lots of things and also having lots of fun :-)

This is freaking beautiful! I wish I was in a position to buy it 😍

The house turned out great compared to the mess it was. However, if I was a potential buyer, I would try to get the house with a discount because some things would drive me crazy and need to be changed. The lights are not centered over bathroom vanities and mirrors, missing closet doors, the mixture of stainless steel with gold hardware in the kitchen, and I really prefer brushed nickel instead of bronze or gold fixtures like lighting and door knobs ect. I like lighting, door knobs, ect to match. I would want to add a simple backsplash in the kitchen. I personally would have used a lighter eggshell color on waIls (I like to add color with furniture, accessories, and window coverings but not too many brown or tan) but a darker carpet because of stains showing on light carpet (most rentals I have been in had this light carpet) . I do like the higher light over the dining area and the fact that the laminate counters now are a lot nicer than the laminate on the 1970s and I dream of the upright side by side freezer/refrigerator. I know that I am a plain more vanilla kind of person. but some people might love the mix of things in this house.

OMG 😱 I know that people do fall on hardship but to live rent free for a whole year and then turn around and vandalized the property was Unconscionable and wicked ! Somewhere she will pay for what she did ! Karma know her very well and will visit her the moment she’s not expecting it ! Hmmm 🤔

I have always had a white kitchen since my first home in the 90’s and now I don’t want one because it’s so popular now. To save from changing my entire kitchen, I’m thinking about making them more of a medium cream.

I just didn't buy any or pay to have them installed...when buying a home that is not new, it is going to be up to the buyer to decide which homes or for them or not...no home is going to be perfect :-)
