Came for the Amps, stayed for the death riffs!

The EVH sounds so perseverant and raw. Yep its perfect for Death

ENGL was a dead ringer for B. Cuts like crazy, slight metallic clank. Death riffs awesome as always!

From this clip, I like both. Engl seems to have more chunk and mid range. Stealth isn’t lacking in those tho and sounds more gain out. Couldn’t go wrong either way.

EVH 10 fold imo. It has that nice thick midrange snarl. Almost Gary Holt Esq. ENGL sounds great aswell.

Great demo! Both sound great. I'm sure they both would do sound fantastic for how you use it. I dig the mids of the engl.

I’m clearly in the minority, I like the bright rawness of the EVH and felt Savage was too compressed. Amazing set of amps and bottoms!

the blue channel of the stealth would probably be closer sounding to the savage

Straight away I knew this would be tough. Stealth more brutal savage more clear yet still brutal too close to call how did the shape up in the room?

ahhh stealth by a mile engl sounds like a distortion pedal compared to it in this video

The Wizard MTL is my favorite. I go back and forth between either the KT150 (KT88 model) the 6L (6l6 model) or the standard (el34 model) as to which is my favorite among the 3. lol

@@guitarwilly81 I’m not Matt but I own both an MCII and MTL and the MTL is more modern and has more options for sculpting and is a bit darker generally. However I can do Angus to Schuldiner on either depending on how you dial them and if you use a boost. Wizards are the best amps in the world IMO and that is for any style or gain level. Hell the clean tone crushes most other amps that specialize in that. The gain is indescribable and amazing. Maybe Matt would agree.

The Deliverance is a killer amp. It needs a boost to get the gain level of these two, but if I had to choose between the 3, the Deliverance would win.

Evh gets kicked Imho, and quite heavily

that ENGL is long gone. Wouldn't know unless you can see in the video. It is on channel 3, I can tell you that much
