I know right?! I live in Canada and my local bike shop has like 4 tires one frame and a few sets of pedals and grips, so I have to order everything from source bmx which is in the uk and charges $80 for duty paid shipping!

Australia is notorious for not having custom parts stores for anything. I've found a few bmx stores but they're a drive and then some from my house

Man I dig this channel so much. As a kid I hung out with the older kids and always bought there bikes off them. My shed was stacked with old mongooses, dynos, gt, and more but those were the main ones. I tossed everything but 2 bikes I purchased way back when they were brand new. Watching this channel brings me back and has giving me the bug again. Wish I could buy from you directly but I’m 3k miles away smh.

I personally like the wedge pivotol seat it holds tight and rarely moves. Also great video

just so you know, you have the most bad ass bike shop I have ever seen!!!

Nice cool info video, Finally got my new BMX, bike shop was a few hours drive away. My problem is the seat turns about half an inch either way. The seat pole is on a quick release. Thinking to much lube on the pole. But just as iam texting maybe the seat its self is loose. Haha. Might of answered my own question. Being a black seat on a black seat pole etc. But if its not the seat what would you recommend? Thanks

I have that animal wedge seat post been using it for years

I just got a redline mx 24 inch. I raised the seat almost all the way up. For cruising. There's only about 3 inches in the aluminum frame. My friend said to be carefull. I can't find the recommendation for how much seat post needs to be in the frame, to try and avoid frame cracking. For wheelies

2:49 I remember my Primo hemorrhoid seat the rails bent so i got a Primo Pentagon seat then i started seeing peeps with a really small seat's on there bmx's called a Macneil OG Seat then i got a animal cush pivotal seat and a animal Wedge seatpost and never looked back still rocking the animal Wedge post now 👍

Will the pivotal seat post fit any bmx? I’m gonna get a 25.4 pivotal post seat but not 100% sure it will fit or are bmx frame holes all the same size? Is there a way I can check or what thanks

RIP tripod. I like mine, the staples came undone on mine v1 devin seat and fly was cool enough to send me a newer version.

It was an absolute nightmare getting a post which fitted my 1996 frame. None of the ones found in shops worked.

They are not compatible with each other

The guys who can’t find the alien key in the seat can’t find the G-spot also being able to adjust your seat for hang 5s toboggans or barspins or something I’m allways adjusting it especially for flatland tricks(I have 4 pegs and ride street/park /trails /freestyle and flatland

Man I missed out on the brown seat if anyone has one for sale please let me know cash ready

The stealth is better and makes more since. My odyssey tool 6mm isnt long enough to reach a pivotal bolt🤬🤬🤬 so now I have to keep up with 6mm but not really cuz I dnt think I'll have to ever tighten it or anything till I change the seat again lol

I love trey jones but I hate that seat. It's more of a racer seat I think with that nose not good for crashing jumps and being impelled
