About 3 weeks ago I got a shot of embilical cords stem cells and a syringe full of ozone (O-3) right after it in my shoulder to "wake up" the previously frozen stem cells. This was done to speed up healing from surgery to stitch up a full thickness tear to my rotator cuff in my right shoulder. I am 59 BTW. In just 3-4 days I could feel the difference. My right arm felt noticably more back to normal. Question - have you ever used a shot of Ozone with the stem cells injection ???

So glad you have noticed benefits from the stem cell treatment already! Yes I routinely combine stem cell treatment with ozone therapy, both in IV and local injections, to maximize treatment results, plus we also use light therapy, peptides and supplements. An integrative approach is important because the body's regeneration is a symphony, not just a single instrument performance;-)

Do you treat traumatic brain injuries? If so, are they with umbilical cord MSC’s. Can MSC’s make neural tissue? From my understanding they cannot and will just down regulate inflammation so your body has a better environment to self heal? If they can produce neural tissue, how are the stem cells delivered considering the blood brain barrier. Are fetal stem cells the same as embryonic or adult stem cells?

  • @JoyKongMD

Thank you for your questions. While we cannot claim to "treat" any specific condition using stem cells except for "hemo-reconstitution" purposes after blood disorders or certain autoimmune conditions, there are active research going on showing benefits of stem cell therapy in traumatic brain injury (TBI). I also started a clinical study looking at effects of stem cell therapy for TBI. There are indeed evidence showing that umbilical cord MSCs could differentiate into neurons (not the case for older MSCs from an adult's body). That said, research has shown that the majority of the benefits from stem cell therapy comes not from the ability of cells to differentiate into the tissue they are trying to repair, but from the multitude of signaling capabilities of the cells to promote repair and regeneration. Please watch some of my other videos for more info... And no, we do not use fetal or embryonic stem cells, and I do not know any providers using it clinically in this country, as it is not legal. Maybe these are a couple videos that can help: How Do Stem Cells Work? kzread.info/dash/bejne/q42r17OocZerl5M.html Busting Myths in Stem Cell Therapy kzread.info/dash/bejne/hoGpsbVqidS3fJM.html

About 5 weeks ago, I had an IV with 50,000cc umbilical stem cells/Oxcolates. I'm definitely starting to feel better. My energy is much better, and my body pain/ fibromyalgia has also gotten about 45% better. About 2 weeks after the stem cells, I found out I have Marcons and likely Cirs. My question is, will the stem cells heal my cells enough to cure the Marcons? I recently started nasal spray and an oral dose of colloidal silver along with a Binder from a company called Silver Fern (to try and kill the Marcons). I'm trying to find a Function Health doctor to prescribe the Begs nasal spray, but they seem to be impossible to find. The testing is also very expensive for Cirs, about $1800. I've already spent 30k on stem cells. What are your thoughts on this? I was told I could do a stem cell nasal spray, but that's another 5k. Thank you.

Thank you Dr. Kong! This video was very informative. I have low back and shoulder pain which I have heard that stem cell therapy can alleviate. Would that be a permanent "fix" for this pain? I have L4-L5-S1 bulging discs and previous surgery on my right shoulder for rotator cuff tear and bicep tendon repair (in 2010). I hope I can someday afford the stem cell treatment for these issues.

Thank you for your kind words, so glad you found it helpful. Yes stem cell therapy can make a huge difference in someone's back issues or help repair the shoulder, but everyone is quite different and responds differently, and it is very hard to generalize. That said, I have seen people doing quite well by using the integrative and comprehensive approach that we incorporate into our stem cell treatments. Hope we can help you at our clinic one day.:)

I do not know if stem cell therapy would help in this case. However, Stem Cell Therapy will help improve the overall condition of the body and possibly reduce some of the propelling factors for various diseases. It will be important to know the underlying issues that caused the condition in the first place.

Stem cell therapy has been shown to help with conditions of the brain, including dementia, Parkinson's, ALS, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, or even in alcohol addiction. The brain is a little more challenging due to the blood brain barrier and how slow it is for the brain tissue is to repair. However, Stem Cell Therapy definitely offer a lot of hope for these very tough conditions.
