    I am using the Phoenix, and it’s working for us. I had a heart attack in 2017, and things weren’t working very well afterwards; but after following Drs Berg, Eckberg,, and Fong’s intermittent fasting advices; In combination with the Phoenix shockwave device, I have dropped 50 lbs, and regained our intimacy back. I still have, and will always have asymptomatic LLBB but it feels like I never had a heart attack before! I always get a kick out of seeing some inexperienced nurses reading my EKG print outs, and running to call a doctor with that scared look on their faces. I was given one year to live in 2017; but we are non 2022, I’ve lost 50 Lbs, I’ve refused the recommended pacemaker/defribilator doctors advice, and as far as I am concerned my firm belief in the “ healing from within philosophy” has worked wonders for my health!😊🙏 I am also a 32 year AML leukemia survivor. What I am trying to say is: Our mind is a powerful thing. Never underestimate what you can do when you really convince yourself and remove all the contradictory thoughts of fear going through your mind. God bless you all! Namaste !🙏

    I'm 78 years old and had just about given up on having penetrative sex because of erectile disfunction. My urologist put me on testosterone supplements and daily Cialis. It was some help. I then started shock wave therapy. After five ore six weeks of 3 treatments a week, I saw a big change. I now get strong erection and have full penatrative sex on a regular basis. It has made me and my wife very happy. I think all three treatments have contributed to the success.

Sooooo informative, and the GOOD doctor did it in a way that both the layman (i.e. myself and most other guys) could fully understand, yet she also presented many new medical terms (for the average guy) to understand, and REALLY gain an understanding as to how something like this works. Just a superb job! Now I'm going to definitely try this therapy after listening to her. P.S. On a side note, Dr. Malik looks a bit like Jennifer Beals in this video.

    Actually, radial wave therapy also works per literature. Having worked in a clinic where radial waves therapy was used, we saw about 70-80% success rate with men with mild to moderate ED. Men with severe ED or prostate surgery should know that more treatments might be needed or that the therapy may not work at all. Be aware also that some doctors push focus therapy because it's a class II device requiring licensed MD, NP, or PA to use...thus you go see them. As for home devices that are purchased on Amazon, etc., the energy levels are not the same and you may be wasting your money....beware.

    Generally an excellent presntation. The medical literature does support focused SWT as effective, but it doesn't actually deny that radial therapy works. It just doesn't address that question. Also the strategy of splitting into vasculogenic and neurogenic causes is not valid. It's not always one or the other. Many men with "neurogenic" etiologies actually have their nerve damage on the basis of injury to the tiny blood vessels that supply the nerves (examples include diabetes and radiotherapy for prostate cancer).

    Thanks for the information on shockwave therapy. Focused vs radial is also very valuable info. I purchased an at home device based on the Gainswave. I have been using it on and off for a little over 2 months. From the material I have gotten from the manufacturer it can take months for most to see any significant results. Having issues going back 20 years it makes sense that I wouldn’t see overnight progress. I have seen some improvements but not where I would want to be. I’ve learned to be patient and I have been following instructions religiously. It is good to hear from other sources that the focused method is preferred. That is what I am using!

  • @cliffmoore1360

    @cliffmoore1360

    Yes, they give you 60 days to return the item if it doesn’t work for you but they say that it takes 90 to 120 days to see any significant improvement. I will tell you that I saw some minor improvements in the 60 day period. They tell you that it is important to give it a rest for at least 30 days after your treatment. That is when new blood vessels will begin to develop. There is some truth to that from my experience. I’m better in that area than I was when I started but not as I was hoping for. I am 70 so to expect to be performing like a 20 year old is not exactly being realistic. My wife is 65 and she isn’t complaining, so if I keep her happy that is what is important. If I was dealing with someone half my age, which I wouldn’t do, I think that they would not be so satisfied.

    Hello Dr Rena you did a very very good job of explaining what this therapy is but when I passed it over passed it over past it over so many times because I was afraid to hear how it is done finally got my curiosity and I went ahead and watch this video with the hopes of finding out how it is done now as with the name the word shock we all assume that means electricity yikes somebody putting electricity on my hum hum just doesn't really sound exciting if you know what I mean now I do have a mild form of Ed and that is being controlled with Cialis and because I also have BPH my urologist put me on Cialis for everyday use and it does okay I guess I still have some problems getting fully erect but it was better than it was before I took this medicine but it's not working too much for the BPH anyway I just wanted to say thank you and it was a very very interesting video

    I have had 12 treatments with the relatively ineffective Storz machine and 19 treatments with the newer Richard Wolf PiezoWave 2. Both machines are rather massive compared to the little Pyramid. I bet both of these machines are way more powerful in their effect and the size of the soundwave.

    I had a back problem and my doctor gave a sock wave unit to help my back . The unit made my back stronger and more comfortable. One night I wanted to find out if it would work for my tool ,yes it did. Once i found the right wave and intensity it felt real good. I could bring it up aney time and bring myself to climax or the brink of ,anytime and as long as i wanted. The additional stimulus made it harder and thicker after a while. Unfortunately i lost it when my house brunt up. I found that i had mussel memory, my mussel waves nowadays. I love it my wife loves it and I have no problem calling it up.

    Thank you for providing this useful content. On a related topic, before seeing this interesting and informative video, I came across an article that tangentially mentioned the use of the same shockwave therapy to treat nocturia and the problem of frequent/urgent urination. I'd welcome a video dealing with the use of Low-intensity Extra-corporeal Shockwave Therapy (LEST?) in treating these conditions, particularly in men.
