Why do you need a headshot? You aren’t auditioning for a television show or movie. The whole recruitment process sounds really toxic.

When there are over 2000 girls going through rush, the houses have to have a way to remember who is who coming through. The only way to do that is with a photo.

it’s similar for some sports teams, 100s to 1000s of people tryout and it’s hard to remember people by just a name

Just to have a name to a face... some places require headshots on resumes, is that toxic?

You sound toxic, they’re just trying to get to know the girls. Putting a face to the name and information is helpful for getting to know them in such a short amount of time.
