​@@greenstarsage9627you can still earn gold by sailing a guild members ship the only thing you wont progress is the ships milestones towards your own progress. That progress will be made towards the owner of the ship in the guild your selling for. But once you get the money for a ship you can add yours in and start sailing on it earning guild rep and captaincy milestones after, and if you allow for other people to sail your ship while your off they may level some of the stuff up for you

i see not being able to apply for a guild in the menu screen a problem. Or search through guilds and pick one and apply, that would have been a great addition to this feature.

Tbh this seems like a mostly meaningless feature but I guess it could be useful if they add another adventure that requires more than 4 players to do like the one with the shrouded ghost But even trying to get anyone that isn't on your friends list to join will be next to impossible with the way people have been playing this game when an unknown ship starts approaching being run or fight

Honestly I don't see it as meaningless, new trading company rewards and a whole new way to experience community in sea of thieves.

Just saying: you can also un-pledge a ship if you owned it previously.

Very curious to see how the guild-finding process goes for me. I don't usually play on bigger ships, just sloops, and I also don't play for hours every single day. So I'm hoping I can find a guild that is okay with that

Hey so I sold a whole fof and barely earned a quarter of a level of reputation. Is it broken or something cuz I literally earned no rep after selling 100 thousand gold? How am I supposed to get to level 15?

Could you play with more than 3 people at once if on the same gild? Like two brigantines (the three people ship, I am not English mother-tongue) for 6 players

I created a guild. I have friends on both xbox and steam. Whenever I go to invite friends to guild it always says that they're not on. Which infuriates me so much. After watching this video, I realize that I'm suppose to use a emote to invite them to my said guild??? That makes me so angry about the whole invitation system that they got.

what happens if you get on while they're using your pledged ship? is it unavailable or does it let you duplicate it? sounds weird if you end up meeting on a server

u gotta be part of a guild, sail under it, and it should pop up if you bring out your radial menu

If I sell loot while I have the guild flag on, dose the other factions lvl too or is it just the guild that lvls up

Does the recruited guild mate need to be sailing a pledged ship in order for the guild to level up? Or can he be sailing his own unpledged ship outside the guild

so you can't join another guild mates server with your own ship? in the video i see multiple ships and people sailing as a fleet. and me and my friends have been trying to figure out how to do that but so far no luck. any help?

The only way you can play with 6 friends is if you manage to get into the sane server

There is a ship that appeared on my map with a handshake symbol on it. Does that mean that the ship is also in the same guild or pledge as me?

Im pretty sure you can run into other guild ships on your server but you cant like theres no option to join their server other than luck and hoping
