Black screen and freeze is the game it isn't the PC or console problem The skipping however move your mouse downwards so it doesn't interfere the screen

May I know if perhaps you have CPU difference between those PCs? I have AMD CPU with 3080ti and the game is not playable on my PC. Both FC24 and FIFA 23 stuttered like crazy. Hence I stick with FIFA 22 until they fix the issue.

Hello there i tried getting fifa 23 on my pc but every time i launched it. It got stuck to 30fps but my specs were above the minimum requirements. It was such a headache I decided to just delete it. I haven't ran in to hackers - only thing I would suggest is optimization is still an issue but if you got good specs to run the game it shouldn't be an issue

news flash its not well optimized it stutters like crazy especially during cutsense its the most unenjoyment game i've ever played but on ps5 its smooth no stuttering nothing an im running the game with RTX 3070 12th gen intel core I7-12700K 32 gbs ram it shouldn't be stuttering so much.
