Thank you for demonstrating all the different shapers you have. I got a Serenity midi from Harmony Headwraps (I'm in the UK, and they're a UK company) which I love. I'm thinking of getting the Serenity mini. I also have a stretchy velvet hairband. I'm looking forward to experimenting with different shapes and styles of wrap. It's not something I'm doing for modesty, but more for haircare and aesthetic reasons - my hair has always been super fine, and menopause is making it thin. It's making me self-conscious, but I'm also self-conscious and anxious about going out with my hair wrapped. If I can get comfortable with wrapping it and looking pretty, maybe I'll be more confident about it generally :)

It might be too much for others, but I wear my mini-bobo with my signature shaper because I have a chin-length bob under my wrap, so I don't have ANY volume in the back. It's actually quite comfy and I feel super secure in it

It be great if they used Velcro instead on the mini Bobo. Excellent demonstrations and education regarding the shapers

I do like the adjustability of the ties, although I wish that the mini Bobo itself was a little shorter (since it's basically overlapping in the back on my small head), and that the ties were a little longer so that I could actually tie them in back instead of tucking. But I'm sure everyone has their personal preferences, and I can understand erring on the side of making it more adjustable!

I actually love the shape of the last one! It allows us to see more of your scarf from the front and so is very balancing to the overall look. Would braiding your hair in more a European style on the top of your head help the hair not to be seen at the back? Thanks for such an instructive video

Thank you for doing this video! I have gone back and forth on purchasing all the shapers. Lol. I get frustrated with not knowing if I’ll really like the one I buy and don’t want to make the investment and regret my choice. Then I just go back to my perfect pouf scrunccis and velvet headband and throw my hands up in the air without making a purchase. Also, it’s always a happy day when your smile graces KZread. 😀

I felt that way too - I was gifted the signature by a friend who didn't care for it, my first C9 came in a beginner's kit, I was able to try the Wendy at a Wrapunzel pop-up event, and the mini Bobo I got to try at a photoshoot. So I really haven't bought any of them totally blind! It really does feel like a commitment!

@@sarahrivkah It would be so incredibly fun to be part of a Wrapunzel photo shoot or pop up event. I doubt that they will be in my area any time soon though, and we don’t travel much. Since that’s probably not in my future, this is super helpful! I love a bit more vertical lift (though subtle) and my dream shaper would (I think) be an extra-mini Bobo with a filled out back. There was a beautiful picture of a Wrapunzel model who is African American a while back. Her hair made the shaper look so incredible and I would love a shaper that looked just like that. But as the shape was more a feature of her natural hair than the shaper, the one she was wearing wouldn’t look remotely the same on my dark blonde hair. Sadly.

Hi! I just stumbled across some of your shorts and I'm so intrigued!! I have some questions if anyone would like to answer them Does wrapping your hair keep it cleaner longer than leaving it bare? I'm not religious or interested in wrapping for modesty, but my hair is very fine and thin and gets dirty very quickly. I've heard that combing it regularly and covering it daily can keep it clean, and that's why historically so many women covered their hair. How do you put the hair up under the wrap? Im very bad at styling my hair (struggle with braids or anything requiring dexterity lol) and it has very, very little volume despite reaching down to my shoulder blades. My scalp is sensitive and will ache if I have it up in a ponytail or bun too long, even with soft scrunchies. Also, do you think I'd be able to crochrt a wrap with some fine weight yarn, or would it still be too thick, esp for wearmer weather? I just picked up the hobby last year and am making everything i can thats within my skill level lol Thank you!!
