Great movie! Colin Farrell was amazing as "Coach"! Coach was hilarious without cracking a smile or telling a joke. And his glasses were so perfect for the character.

Great video as always. Hugh Grant was absolutely brilliant in this film, he really stole the show.

IMO, its the 3rd best move Guy has done, After Lock,Stock and Snatch.

The Gentlemen is honestly an entertaining masterpiece! It kicks so much ass and really benefits from a great story, great chemistry, great cast, great writing, great characters, great cinematography, and great editing! Love love love this film!!

Great video for a great movie! Hugh Grant was an excellent casting- he stole every scene he was in, and against Charlie Hunnam, that's no mean feat! He showed that he's much more than just a bumbling rom-com fop, and watching him play against type was a joy to watch. A true return to form for one of the best, most innovative directors of our time... 🍄

The "over the top" narrator was a pastiche of Hugh Grant's character from the film. Couldn't you tell.? 🙄 🍄

@@the_unrepentant_anarchist. Of course I get it but it's such a detrement to the video compared to other great little factual videos this channel produces, despite the fact they get the name of the movie wrong in each video. Takes away from the value.

@@jamj59 I wouldn't have said it was detrimental as such, just a little light-hearted, and yeah, it may be a bit different to the usual style, but there's nothing wrong with spot of variety. I quite enjoyed the novelty, but you're right- if they did the same thing with *every* video, it would get kinda jarring- "everything you didn't know about Star Trek" in a faux Bill Shatner voice would have me cancelling my subscription!! 😱 😱 🍄

@@the_unrepentant_anarchist. When we wrote this essay about Guy Ritchie, our previous narrator abandoned the project. So, we had to find someone to replace him. It was funy to find someone so similar to Fletcher for it, in addition that this person is very professional. As we are not native English speakers, we couldn´t imagine how badly this would be received by the viewers. However now we are working with a guy from NY. You can hear him in our last works on the main channel. He will also rerecord the narration of the bios of Scorsese and Phoenix for clips on this channels.

@@kolokinoclips It wasn't received badly by *all* your viewers mate, I understood what you were doing, and I quite enjoyed it! You transferred Fletcher's monologging to your video, as a cheeky little nod to the film, and I honestly thought it worked. It's not like you do it with *every* video, so it's not like you were treading old ground, you were trying something different, and there's nothing wrong with shaking things up a bit. Remember, *everything* is subjective, that's why you can't please all of the people all of the time- but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try... 👍 🍄

Sounds like the Dick van Dyke school of accents. As an Englishman I can say the narrator of this video is terrible. I couldn't even finish this

Interesting content, but the mockney voice is a bit awful.

Should use another narrator, quite hard to understand the accent and pacing.

It doesn't have to be "the best", but it *does* have to be 'good'. By your rationale, Quentin Tarantino shouldn't have made 'Django Unchained' or 'Death Proof' because they weren't as good as 'Pulp Fiction'... 🙄 🍄
