He never shot that - he reduced it to dream sequence at the end of the movie, Wherein Bruce dreams that Joker offered to buttfk him. Lol. To me, a perfect representation of the failings of this film.

@@Herowebcomics Agreed and also, the only limits to the Green Lantern rings and the constructs that they can create are the imagination of the users, so it could just be that he wasn't very imaginative and creative.

I just like the fact they still have that scene where the Flash was running past Superman and Superman's eye tracked him. And look on the Flash's face was one of WTF!!!!

i usually rewind & watch it a couple times, funny, unique, visual stunning...such a good moment.

I want to point out that despite the "defenses" and guards the Amazonians, and Atlantians put in place for their motherboxes the humans bury it a hole strategy seems to of worked the best because he got the other two quick as fuck and had a hard time getting the humans.

For everyone thinking we pulled a fast one here... (sigh) back in the day we tried to do a super long video on "Transformers: Mark Wahlberg Is In It And One Dude Carries The Texas Statutes On Age Of Consent In His Pocket"... And the full video kept getting blocked or encountering various KZread pitfalls. So we split it up into two parts. People thought that was funny. So did we. Later we tried to upload the whole thing again, and still had issues, even though both parts were fine on their own. I do think we eventually got the whole thing up. But my point is... we did NOT know the full combined video would clear before we launched the Part 1 video. But it cleared over the weekend. So then we launched Part 2 because we already did the work... and then we decided to put this full thing out on a Saturday to cause as little ripple as possible. Apologies to anyone annoyed by it. Cheers! :)

I like that flash had to shatter the door to save the girl. One of the best parts of the movie was how they conveyed how destructive moving at flash-level speeds would actually be. You couldn't open a door at that speed, you'd rip it into pieces.

Cinemasins was good 10 years ago. Now it’s a meme of itself. It’s sins either are over done jokes that aren’t funny or they don’t make any sense. How could someone think that opening a glass door at that speed wouldn’t result in complete destruction of the door, when his shoes literally just disintegrated and a single touch of the class shatters it. How could someone constantly complain about the length and then ask for an exact explanation on how they got out of Gotham harbour which literally was a giant tunnel to the sky and an explanation on how lex knew who batman was. When he knew in BvS and lex is also like the smartest dude ever, smartest guy in the world figures out Batman is Bruce Wayne. Shocker.

You're missing the biggest SIN of all from the story. In that flashback with the Golden Age of heroes, the Anti-Life design that was created in the Earth when Darkseid crashed his weapon on it was exactly what he was looking for. How in the F**K did he not see this and realize Earth was the planet he was looking for thousands of years after???? DC needs to stick with animated. They absolutely suck balls trying to make live action.

@@summertyme5748 There’s no excuse for his littering and how dumb it is for him especially to be doing it, but I like his character overall, if every character were the same comic book - super honorable and always doing the absolute right thing - kind of character I think it wouldn’t translate that good for a modern film. However I wish he did more actual Aquamanning in the movie, there should’ve been some aspect of the final battle that involved him using the sea, he could’ve literally summoned a giant wave, or even a lightning bolt for that matter.

I always feel like a speedster speeding at high speed gets the speedster's speediness across better than a speedster speeding in slow-mo. So the superman resurrection scene is dumb. BUT the slow-mo speedster speeding is exactly what makes the "Superman seeing him" scene pretty awesome. Lol

I rewatch this post every time I have a terrible day. I laugh so hard, maybe my most favorite Sins’ video.

I remember when the fans were all cheering how the Snyder cut would be THE BIG MARVEL KILLER and were soundly disappointed when they finally got it.

I know it's hard to do a four hour film like this, but he messed up on a couple of things. Lois was already on the scene at Superman's resurrection because she went there every day and was leaving when she saw him explode through the roof. She didn't come from out of nowhere. Also, the blast covering the Earth was a part of the future vision, it didn't actually happen when they resurrected superman. It was part of Cyborg seeing the Unity synchronize and destroy Earth.

Whether it happened or not is debatable. The film even shows Superman being incinerated by the MotherBoxes - then Flash reverses time with cartoon antics. Then there is the end of film epilogue sequence where Darkseid wins - and is called a dream sequence. I’m saying this is just bad filmmaking it’s not CinemaSins fault. I am watching,the future, no, a dream sequence, no, someone somehow seeing the future thru - what mechanism? We don’t know. You don’t know. You didn’t explain it. You can’t explain it. Bad filmmaking.

@@summertyme5748 The part that Cinemasins and I am talking about is the part when they dip the Motherbox in the cube to reanimate Superman and Cyborg sees a vision of the future. That's earlier in the film. And Cinemasins thought that when the wave covered the Earth, that was a part of the reanimation of Superman which could have endangered the Earth. When what was being shown was Cyborg seeing the Unity synchronize. That didn't actually happen yet. The part where Superman was incinerated was when Flash was late to push Cyborg into the Motherbox because he got shot. So he had to run faster than time to save everyone. You're talking about a different part of the film that came later. That actually happened and was reversed.

One thing that always bothered me was when the amazonians used the hammers to seal the temple I didn't understand that when there's a big a$$ skylight over the main chamber to enter or exit out of...?

@@antebellum1776 yes I believe so but they made it such a point of knocking down the pillars to close off the temple as if that was the only way out. I'm sure an Amazonian could have gotten out + they knew the power of the threat they were facing. Idk, just seemed out of place.

@@johnmacleod2487 - That's what happened in the 2017 cut. In this one, the temple falls into the ocean and Steppenwolf bounds out of it moments later. They had no way of knowing whether it would stop him or not, but they had to try. At least in this cut, it seems like a more valiant effort and not just an excuse to wank Steppenwolf at their expense.

All your review videos are enjoyably accurate, but your signature vocabulary of curse words over the dumb things about each scene makes your channel 100x more valuable and way more entertaining than the actual movies we receive each year.

37:46 could have added another sin there. Flash, batman AND cyborg are moving at the exact same speed. Either the batmobile and cybord can reach light speed or flash just slowed down there for his pals

Actually Lois was pregnant with Bruce's baby, because they bonded after Clark's death, and I'm not joking, That is what Zach said in an interview on what his plans were for the sequels.

"But it sets up a movie we will never see." Thank God for small favors!

Wouldn't it have made more sense if Bruce tried to ressurect Superman with Cyborg and Flash's help while unbeknownst to the others? Diana and Arthur know the consequences and I feel they should've tried a little harder to talk them out of it. The whole "we need to work together this time" doesn't make sense in either cut, but seeing Wonder Woman and Aquaman lash out against Mr. Fraction-of-a-chance would've been a great moment of character building.

21:05 I’m glad you mentioned this. It’s the biggest sin for me. In the Whedon cut (2017), anytime Aquaman needs to communicate under water, he has to be inside an air bubble. In Aquaman (2018), he is taught at a young age how to communicate telepathically. So then why wasn’t it corrected in the Snyder cut? I didn’t watch Aquaman until after I watched the Snyder cut; but as soon as he was taught how to communicate telepathically, anytime he did so afterwards made me question it even more.

The Snyder Cut didn't correct that aspect because when Snyder shot the movie in 2016, the Aquaman movie was still supposed to follow Snyder's continuity.

@@zhengyingli What continuity? Snyder’s film makes no sense in and of its own right. Steppenwolf takes the Atlantans out of the water to interrogate them (??). Then he uses the spider bot to read their minds. But he learns nothing more than he knew to begin with. (They were near a motherbox - which is now - somewhere?) So the whole scene is pointless. Lol. (4 hours of stuff like this)

*Thanos:* Hacks Cyborg Nebula, finds out enemies plans, replicates their tech, plants double agent Nebula to travel back in time. She operates time machine pulls Thanos army thru time. Completely ambushes the Avengers. He then baits Thor to come towards him, so Nebula, still operating as double agent can sneak behind the lines and steal the stones. *Darkseid:* Lost the planet earth, lost the mother boxes , lost the anti-life equation, got nearly bled out by Ares, turned and ran. Comes back in 3000 years.... loses his mother boxes again, forgets to get the anti life equation again, forgets to use his Omega Beams. Retreats again, vows to go back to the old ways - which is how he lost to Ares in the 1st place.

Still better then the regular release.

The least believable thing in this movie is that the first thing the lasso of truth reveals isn't, "You are Sooo F'ing hot."

The moment the people start singing over Aquaman, I realized this movie was going to be weird and hilariously tone blind. I laughed at out when she smelled his sweater. Then my mom and I got creeped out by Barry pausing to save Iris to caress her face and stare at her.

Also remember the songs that played during the Barry scene you’re talking about and the one where Aquaman walks in slow-mo towards the water on the bridge? Those are the kinds of songs that should only be played at the very end of a movie or when a superhero sacrifices his life to beat the bad guy or some shit.

It's not going over anyone's head, it's just done in cringey way. Same thing with the Martha Scene and Flash creepily caressing a women he just Mets face. You can claim it's going over people's head but it's not. It's just not done well and makes people laugh.

A month later and not one person has picked up that the 43 minute length of this video is a subtle reference to the 4:3 aspect ratio of the movie. Coincidence? I think not!

@@summertyme5748 “weren’t real to the audience at all.” There was a scene where steppenwolf steps on a stick, the stick moves up and then back down, and then he walks through a puddle and mud is kicked up. You just probably never noticed that the stick and the ripples were cgi because they looked so real. Stop criticizing the hard work the under credited vfx artists on this.

Hi I’m SteppenWolf - I was summoned across the multiverse to pick up DarkSeid’s motherbox. Don’t know why because in the Snydercut I wasn’t at the original battle when DarkSeid lost his box - so why was I summoned to collect them? Anyway - now that I am here and have one box, I can use this motherbox - to summon the other two….but, oh wait, I can’t because…. That would end the film! 😂

Not to mention the fact flashes girl was parked 10 feet from the corner... There was no way she built enough speed to have that car flip through the air... Even getting hit....

Honestly, I liked the idea Martian Manhunter would have stayed out of CGI territory, where (LIKE THE 2 MOVIES PRIOR) it would have kept hinting and building up a moment, a great moment that is no longer happening because Zach spent too much on his own "vision" and because he got an extra 170 mill to make... he didn't know what to do with the remainder.

The only good thing about that scene is the visuals. Barry does not deserve the praise he gets for that scene. Without all of the visuals, it would basically be the same as him pressing a button marked "save the entire world with no consequences for yourself or others." That's like complimenting someone because they don't think humanity should die.

@@AhmedMohammed-gl1yq As far as the film is concerned, this move doesn't cost Barry anything in either of the times it happens. Just because he "doesn't like doing it" doesn't mean that there are any consequences shown. If you only look at what the film shows, Barry time travels twice, without any consequences to him or others. It is basically used as a reset button. This doesn't mean it can't have consequences in a future movie (even though this movie isn't canon, so it probably won't have a direct sequel), but until that happens, there are none.

@@stijnvandenheuvel8117 yeah true they didn't present anything in the movie, which I'm assuming is due to a combination of conflicts, mainly being the fact they had to cut it down and time but im guessing that they'll show the consequences of time travel in the Flash movie itself.
