I am almost certain that the name “marshal” being said in the first movie was entirely forgotten by the creators and they picked up this storyline from some online theory about what the third movie would be about because they had no other ideas at all.

"this movie is like if breaking bad had an identity crisis" this is such an underrated line

Goodman's character suddenly going "I don't really care about that gold, I wanna see if you f-ups can deliver it to me without accidentally surrendering it all to the police" was the most unbelievable thing in the movie. Unless of course he really doesn't care about the gold and just about his personal sadism.

It should be a sin that Phil’s wife has like 2 lines in this whole trilogy.

I really like the first two Hangover movies, even if they are essentially the same movie. They stil had enough strange shenanigans and humor in them that worked. So I was hyped to watch the third one when it came out. After I watched it I had to realize that I did not laugh even once. Not even a chuckle. And I am pretty easy to amuse. That is pretty much the worst thing a comedy can be, not funny.

I didn't hate it at the time, because as you said hangover 2 was the exact same movie so I was glad they finally made a sequel. But watching this I couldn't remember anything about it. I had completely forgotten everything about it because it was essentially nothing.

@@johnoneil9188 Yeah, I can't stand his character. In this movie, he appeared absolutely insufferable! Alan isn't my favorite character either. This movie looked like a painful experience to watch! I could only handle parts of it here because we have Jeremy's funny banter, he's the reason I even know about some of the awful movies that have come out in the past 10 to 15 years (e.g. Minions, Emoji movie, numerous more recent animated movies, awful non-animated movies like Hangover 3, etc.). I hear Jeremy's funny criticisms while thinking "how the hell can people actually sit through these entire horrible movies!!?". And WTF was this last part here 18:42 with HIS implants!!!? UUUGGHHH!!! I hated his character too (as well as Chang and Alan's)

He's supposed to be part of the wolf pack, but he might as well have been alan's dad with the screen time he got over the three films

Moral to the trilogy: stay away from drugs/alcohol, drop toxic friends, and have self respect.

The FUNNIEST joke in this video: "Listen, kids. If anyone ever answers the question 'Are you sure about this?' with Give me the Demerol.' You get the f*ck out of there, immediately!"😂😂🤣🤣

That prison blueprint was probably from final fantasy. The enemy prisons are always escapable through oddly layered sewers.

I didn’t even know ppl didn’t like this movie. This one is still funny and enjoyable to me & the 2nd one is my favorite.

"Down in Mexico" being referenced in a sin for a scene that doesn't contain a lap dances is quite frankly my favorite sin.

Talking about all the shady shit that happens in the Vegas desert made me realize a funny comedy sketch would be a couple of low level Vegas gangsters having to do something shady for their boss (dump a body, hide some cash/weapons, whatever) and they have trouble finding a good spot because of all the OTHER low level gangsters that are already out there doing similar things for THEIR bosses, or when they find an unoccupied spot, it's already full from someone else doing a drop before they got there. The sketch wouldn't have a closing, either, it would just end with them lugging around their load and futilely looking for a good drop spot.

The Hangover movies ruined my sense of humor. I unironically love them. Our history teacher in middle school used to play them in class when she was out of fucks to give 😂

Giving side characters lead roles is a very common mistake in movies nowadays. This movie with Chow. Cars 2 with Mater. Minions movie with minions. All bad. All sad 😔

@@justinbocchino5141I would argue that also giving Alan the main spotlight in this movie was a mistake. Not just because his character doesn’t really make for a good story, but it also has to do with just how awful they made him in this movie compared to the first two.

The horriffic thing is that the accident with the giraffe actually happend...

Yes this was an actual zoo incident but the truck which carried it hit a road sign and spilt out girrafes, monkeys hyenas lions.. reporters described the scene as "a zoo"

All jokes aside this guy is a genius! His humor, intellect, personality and editorial skills is top tier 💪🏾🎳🍾

I remember seeing this as a sneak preview/test audience member, and I just sat there dumbfounded for the entire run time. All I could think of is how unnecessary of a movie it was.

Me: *reads the description* Also me: "damn, that bad?"

I'm legitimately gobsmacked. I loved the first movie when it came out, watched the second (thought it was ok) and that was it. I'd never even heard of the third one?? I figured it had to be a super recent release that just flew over my head. But it's nearly a decade old! After watching this, can't say I'm surprised. Even though some of these "jokes" may be out of context given I'm not watching the whole movie, they just don't land.... the characters aren't even likeable.

apparently im the only one who thinks the third movie is the funniest of the whole trilogy

Watching this I remember that you still need to finish off Horrible Bosses 2 (2014) (my favorite comedy). Also, more action oriented the sequel Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle (2003). Two sequels I enjoy quite more than the original still remain flawless (I'm happy but CinemaSins is fun (often), so it needs to be done)

Looked like a low security keypad that typically operates off of a set of contact closures. This means that if he stabbed the wires in the right way, it's possible the gate would open. Not likely he would get to the right wires at the right angle and they wouldn't just separate around a screwdriver....but possible.
