Me too, Andrew is my favourite portrayal of spidey despite the dud plots and his chemistry with Gwen is part of the appeal for me. I loved they showed the weight of her death on him. Spider Gwen being alive could be brutal for him.

Kiernan Shipka would would be a better choice especially since looks more like Gwen Stacy then Emma Stone does. Plus I I think Emma Stone would be a terrible choice to play spider-gwen

I like how they make the swings with practical effects They made Spiderman look more real

I grew up with Tobey and I still really liked Tom but Andrew's always been my favourite. The scene with the boy on the bridge is one of my favourites. Out of the three of them, he's the only one who quips how spidey's supposed to. I really wish the movies did him justice, I mean he was honestly the best part of NWH for me.

Andrew Garfield underrated as hell. The actors were fantastic in these 2 movies and I thoroughly enjoyed how they were acted out. The scripts DEFINITELY needed another editing, and the 2nd movie needed to NOT remove over 45 minutes of plot relevant scenes that added a LOT to the story.

Be honest: wouldn't you climb up 20 stories if you knew Emma Stone was waiting for you at the top?

5:16 When I first watched this movie with my sister, this part made me burst out with such involuntary laughter that she started laughing too. We rewound the movie half a dozen times just so I could watch that part while keeping a straight face.🤣

Yeah the last number 3 was a good one, although strangely cut out in the extended version.

The fact that we knew “You do not need to stop traffic for Spider-Man “ was coming. And then “funeral procession “. Now that’s what you call great expectation subversion

I still think the Andrew Garfield Spider Man movies were released too soon after the Tobey Maguire trilogy. But I did enjoy seeing him in No Way Home.

Yeah. I watched this on a rented DVD from a Family Video at some lady friends' house. The three of them had a little red wine. I had a little whiskey. Me and one of them took a break from the movie. We finished the movie later. Then I went room to room all night. Left for Afghanistan the next week. Much better times. I can't think about this film without a chub.

wow this re-sin made me realize that officer stacy never actually told peter to break up with gwen. He was just telling him to leave her out of the spiderman stuff like when she made the serum. hell, if she stayed out of the electro stuff she wouldn't have died so he was right in the end. I guess he could be blamed for not being super clear about it, but I'll give him a pass since he had like 1-4 holes in his torso by that point.

I was 16-17 years old when this was released. And, when the 1st film in the Toby Maguire Spider Man was released, I do remember that comic book films at the time weren’t the popular successes they are nowadays. Back then, due to their poor track record in previous years and decades they were seen as critical and box office poison. However, I became a fan of comic book films and tv shows early on in my life through watching Marvel and DC comics animated series that were in original and repeat airings on tv, watching their live action films in theaters, and playing their tie in video games on the Game Boy, Game Cube, PlayStation 2, and original Xbox consoles.

I was one in elementary school.

The sin off for the legitimate Spider-Man humor made me so happy. Because, yes, Spider-Man trolls his villains and thugs. I remember when people were livid at this movie for "making" Spider-Man joking on the job, when that's one of the main things he's known for.

@@MrNightwing99 I'd rate it 8/10, the history was really good, but it felt a bit rushed, the fight scenes were amazing, I specially liked doctor Connors character as an antagonist, in the way he was still a "good" person inside but wasn't in his right mind because of the lizard DNA, that's showed even more at the end when he saves Peter from falling. Overall it was a pretty good movie. 😌 👍

As being a teen who was ordered to do community service by a principal I can also say it's kinda BS and I'm not totally sure of it being lawful

As much as I love the Raimi trilogy, I will admit as a standalone movie this one is actually pretty decent and better than it gets credit for. I love the Peter-Gwen relationship, and I've grown to appreciate Sally as Aunt May.
