Just someone talking about actual science here using shampoo twice a dries your hair out shampoo removes all the natural oil from your hair so then conditioners are filled up with fruit juices and fats to re-add that oil so just use shampoo and conditioner once every 2 to 3 weeks for me, I can normally go a month using a combination of it sea salt, spray, hair pomade, and rinsing my hair daily

Hair is more fragile when wet so don't twist it and handle with lots of care, watch out for de-tangling in the shower (recommended for curly but not for straight) 😢 Brush your hair smooth before wetting it and try to not rub and smush it around too much when washing. Also there is no such thing as "locking in moisture" in the hair strand, research shows that what people think as "soft, healthy and moisturized" hair is actually with the least water content. Hair is up to 95% keratin and it's not supposed to contain (much/additional) water. Coconut oil has been proven to penetrate the hair shaft AND to be helpful (just because a substance CAN enter, it's not guaranteed to be good for the hair to inject it with it). Coconut oil makes the core of the hair strand more flexible, preventing breakage. Oils also coat the hair strands and make them slippery, which prevents friction -> breakage.

I put rinse out conditioner & use it to detangle my hair. Then I rinse it out, put deep conditioner in, put a plastic cap on, then a beany on top of the plastic for extra insulation. Then I keep that on for an hour or so while I do other things, then I go back in the shower to rinse 95% of it out. Makes a much bigger difference that 10-20 mins with no insulation...but that's just me.

I think the less you do to your hair the better. When I was a kid/teen I rarely cut my hair, never used heat on my hair, never colored my hair and I had the best hair of my life. Yes I was young and my hair in my 20s is still good but it was so healthy when I used drugstore products, never did anything to it and slept with wet hair most night. Everything you're not supposed to do and my hair was amazing as a kid.

All the steps: 1. Brush scalp with a bamboo brush to stimulate blood flow 2. rosemary oil to scalp for hair growth 3. Massage for 15 minutes 4. Argan oil, sweet almond oil, and jojoba oil on mids and ends, wrap in plastic wrap and let it sit for 4 hrs 5. Show time: 6. Clarifying with a scalp scrub (super important after oil) 7. Shampoo twice on scalp 8. (Remove out water from hair first by like squeezing it) Hair mask before conditioning 9. Let it absorb for 10-20 minutes 10. (Remove water again) Condition, let it sit for 3 minutes before rinsing 11. Dry with microfiber towel 12. Leave in conditioner and let it air dry

I have two different types of hair textures. Unevenly wavy and straight. I have mostly straight hair strands though with a slight wave to them. The unevenly wavy strands are courser and thick and dark brown while my straight strands are super thin and light brown (you could even say blonde). No matter what, I can’t get my hair to look like this-and I don’t mean straight. I mean healthy and not frizzy. The strands don’t flow together and I don’t know what to do with them. Whether I go crazy and use super products like this for example or just wash my hair with basic shampoo and conditioner and be done, it’s the same outcome lol. I’ve already tried almost everything I could think of from the internet but tips are still welcome

have you tried this tip. After washing when your hair is a little damp, put a little bit bit of oil on your hands rub between your hands and run over your hair, mostly on ends then put it in a bun, after its completely dried take it out and comb, it will look much better.

i have really damaged hair thanks so much for the tips! 😊☺️
Wow I am totally gonna try that 😊😮
I just followed your advice and conditioned my hair after the hair masque. It untangled much easier though it’s nearly to my knees and quite thick. I use a little head and shoulders on my scalp for my first wash to take care of any yeast.
The hair on that twist is my whole hair 🙃
I NEEDED this so much I always wanted super long gorgeous hair I will look so COOL :D
I might try this! I want my hair to be long and luscious like yours 😂❤

TY FOR THIS! can you put links for the items u use?
Just someone talking about actual science here using shampoo twice a dries your hair out shampoo removes all the natural oil from your hair so then conditioners are filled up with fruit juices and fats to re-add that oil so just use shampoo and conditioner once every 2 to 3 weeks for me, I can normally go a month using a combination of it sea salt, spray, hair pomade, and rinsing my hair daily
Can you make more of these vids please :)

I read in some of her videos that her hairdresser apparently said she uses a straightener once her hair is dry, hence the shine and smoothness…. Not sure if someone lied, but even asian girls dont have so much shine in their hair, especially not after air drying. Honestly Im not buying any of these YT tricks and tips being most of them are just paid collabs and too much photoshop or lies
Hello, I’m your fan, you can make a recommended video of products, please, it’s just that I love your hair ❤

I would just wish if I could wash my this easily 😪
You hair so long hun! What’s that song??
She litterally has every girls dream hair🤭🤭🤭
what is this song? and btw ur hair videos made my hair so long and pretty 🩷🩷
Makes a much bigger difference that 10-20 mins with no insulation...but that's just me.
bro my mom gets after me for spending 5 minutes in the shower 💀
I wash my hair 1x a week I shampoo 2x I use a hair mask and then conditioner I dont have the 1st scalp thing and my hair feels amazing so I would say it doesn’t have to be such a long routine but I dont have really long hair like you I just started doing this❤
I think the less you do to your hair the better.
I can’t do this because my fam is big so showers need to be quick 😭😭

If your hair isn’t straight, use a wavy hair care routine so that your hair will be less frizzy and poofy :). You can’t make your hair be straight if it isn’t

I want to know the title of this song 😅
I have a question! First of all I just want to say you have gorgeous hair! And do u know how many times you use a hair mask and scalp exfoliate or oiling
Is amika shampoo and conditioner good?
Rosemary oil, forever and always.
What shampoo do u recommend for thin hair that needs to be thicker
Will you tell me which are the hair care products are you using? Like shampoo, mask, conditioner and other
Can i use olive oil instead of the oils that you mentioned to the ends? btw love your videos ❤❤
Can you recommend something for teenagers pls
actually you shouldn't always use a hair mask before conditioner, it really depends on what brand you use, but if your unsure look on the back it has instructions. PS: the hair mask I use is for after conditioner
Can I use a hair steamer when I applied the oil?
What kind of clarifying shampoo do you use? Idk which one to buy
Do I scalp massage before or after I apply the oil to my mids and ends
Can we use rose mary oil and water regularly
Which conditioner did you use?
Products list?!
could u write a specific shopping list bae bc i got nothing 😶😶
I want to try this but I’m a little scared to because my hair is naturally that long and thick
How did you get the highlights?
Where do you get the scalp massager from?
Are you using rosmary warer every day?
