La Crescenta is such a wonderful bedroom community, sleepy little town, the perfect place to raise a family. As far as Pasadena goes, for overall safety, I would avoid anything west of north Lake, near John Muir High School, most of the property values will reflect this as well.

My first time seeing demon was in Pasadena as Elysian Park just 👻 ghosts. To live and be in Pasadena, the spirits have to accept you. My first time working there I felt I wasn't welcome and there were strong hatred negative energy against me warning me spirituality. But after three weeks the spirits knew I not there to invade or trespass there residency so they accepted me to be there.

Hello there ... great video . :). Question if I wanted to stay very close to The Pasadena Civic Auditorium and rent for a week an Airbnb close and walking distance to restaurants shops ect... Where would you recommend? Looking forward to hearing from you soon I hope 🤞 Thank U!!

Hi Hector, If you can find a Airbnb around Old Town pasadena, Playhouse Village or Arroyo Parkway that would be best. I think a lot apartments banned Airbnb though so you may have to rent further away.

If you really need to live near Civic Auditorium just get a hotel. There will be plenty of hotels around that area.

@@livinginpasadena Oh no am not going to live there am just going to know the area and want to go the the Pasadena Center . If I stayed in WeHo would I need a car to get there? I never been to California... Looks and seems so spread out . :)

I’d get a car or Uber unless you happen to only visit areas near subway stations. The bus systems here are not convenient.

I recently visited LA in June 2023 and saw the nicer parts/old Town of Pasadena. There are some very areas in Pasadena. Especially parts of Colorado Blvd which has such interesting shops and restaurants. There are noticeably nicer, wider and cleaner streets, and generally more comfortable looking people. Pasadena & areas close to it stand in stark contrast to many other parts of LA, where the housing/streets/neighborhoods are noticeably more drab and less safe. This seems to be the basic rule: Newcomers will have to spend at least $1.5+ million to settle in the Pasadena area. It says a lot about the income & price gap you have to overcome to get better & safer housing. A buyer needs to carry a huge bank note and tax bill. I enjoyed my visit to Pasadena and can see people there have a comfortable life. But this partly explains why LA in general has such stark contrasts and a persistent homeless problem. It takes serioua money 💰 to set yourself apart from the older, more drab and less safe neighborhoods when you come to LA.

How would you compare Pasadena to Burbank? Which is more family friendly?

It depends how big are the kids? Do they enjoy sports and being outdoors?

There are better parks like Brookside and Victory park in Pasadena. If you want good schools I think public schools are better in Burbank.
