I always liked bamboo because you can easily farm it and turn into sticks to easily get emeralds at the start of a new world and use bamboo as fuel, so I'm glad it finally got more use

There is a lot of potential with the pot shards. Mojang should make it so the pot shards can tell the player how to make a nether portal or how to look for the end. The main progression of Minecraft relies too much on a wiki.

It's the same for me but for many 1.20 bugfixes. E.g. transparent blocks removing the bookshelf level effect when enchanting. I always thought this was a feature and I actually used it a lot. Place a torch whenever you don't like the lvl 30 enchantments and see what lvl 28 gets you.

A few cool changes but overall disappointing for a major version. It's not a good sign when the biggest change is more annoying netherite lol. How about some much needed performance and inventory improvements? It's crazy that you still need mods just to get decent fps on good hardware. Updates have been lacking ever since notch sold out. I hate to complain but Mojang needs to be held to a higher standard.

I somewhat disagree, netherite was fairly easy to get, as there were not really dangerous to get, remember, they are late game gear, so you should have full diamond armor with prot 4 and unbreaking 3 plus mending by the time you get it, and if you are careful the brutes won't be able to kill you, I do however understand how servers like 2b2t will suffer, but small servers will be fine

Of course but they can do those ideas in the future Netherite was already decently easily to get it's the highest tier armor in the game plus diamond gear you can get from villagers so it's make since how they gave diamonds more use. Like people call this update small but it's really good sized.

I'm on bedrock, I fixed the water problem on the tracks, removed the last track and placed a button on the glass wall, then placed the water so it just runs towards the hoppers. Thanks for everything you have a wonderful day!

This update introduced a lot of news to design things. :). Hopefully, we'll get some new progression system. Like something to do after killing the ender dragon. Yes, the ender guardian, wither, and the warden are cool bosses, but we DON'T need to beat them if we want. Only the Ender dragon is considered "the big boss of Minecraft." I think it's nice that the biomes have their own bosses, but we need another boss to or some sort of progression to do after the ender dragon. Maybe we need to beat the eneder guardian, wither and then the warden (warden is optional, his purpose isn't really to be a boss, just a way to scare or to stop the players in the deep dark) in order to beat or unlock new things. Maybe after we beat the ender dragon, then we beat the other bosses in other. We will unlock a harder mission or goal.

this update really motivated me to explore my world for those smithing templates 😭

In 1.20 you can make 4 player minecart. You need to get boat to put 2 baby camel in boat. Then grow them with cactus, put saddles and enjoy.

They need to add copper weapons, tools and armor as well as new gunpowder weapons like blunderbuss that has 1 shot only, it takes time to reload but does incredible damage like +20.

I'm really hyped for this update a lot of new and cool items

The armor change, bamboo blocks and cherry biome that's new is all awesome I might start playing Minecraft again damn

I thought the archeology thing was a mod since I havent played in a while, the fact that it's vanilla is amazing. And the customizable armour just blew my mind.

11:34 that edge of the block thing will be very welcome! Does it work for scaffolding too? I find it’s reLly counter productive that the block you’re standing on to build tall things won’t allow you to shift to prevent yourself from falling off the edge of the scaffolding. Instead you drop like a rock and hit some scaffolding further down and then die/almost die! 😢

Made my house wall with the new bookshelf and looks really good I recommend it 😂

The re color wool is just on bedrock then, and now in Java. New Minecraft 4k logo is on bedrock then, but now in Java.
