Chakra-less infinite combos are not on EVERY character, but most. Also, doing that infinite is like the WORST thing to do when you deplete your opponents subs. Because of that combo scaling, doing something with more variety and more jutsu and potentially ending with an ultimate will always be more valuable despite the chakra loss. Especially since you regain chakra so fast now. Some assists, like Lee, also last so long you can sit and charge chakra before following up so even with 0 chakra you can end combo with an ultimate. Where you would get however much damage with 3 infinite loops, you get MORE if you can pull off an optimal enough combo. And when you combo this way, you can also use barely any chakra if you use assists and switch into them rather than using your own jutsu, or only using one or two jutsu. You should also be applying more pressure after getting a full combo when your opponent has no subs, because you want to pressure them into using another sub too early so they stay low. You wanna save some good attacks for when they start getting subs or use them early in the combo so you get them back when opponent gets subs. Which way to use these attacks should be determined with experience based on the situation. And since counters are free now, they're very good, so sometimes it's good to fake out chakra dashes to bait the opponent into using counter so then later in the match, they don't know whether you'll actually go in or not so they might not even use the counter. Though, this may only work against other skilled players. Shuriken also cancel damn near anything now so when an opponent tries to awaken or use an ultimate or most jutsu, you can just stop them with shuriken. Personally, I'm constantly harrasing the opponent with shuriken, because it takes no time at all and if a good amount of them land, the damage can add up, especially with cover fire. It's also super valuable to mix-up what you do when the opponent subs, like using a jutsy or simply delaying your dash. I also noticed you never seem to have any chakra, but your opponent is always full, though I wasn't paying enough attention to know why exactly. That could be skill on your opponent's part, it could be that you're winning neutral because of that chakra use, or whatever else, idk. Though, I did notice at the beginning of the last match, you started with a random TB Cannon Attack for no reason that had no chance of hitting, which then left you way low on chakra for the rest of the round. It seems like you're kind of wasting chakra on things like that and firing two hurricane barrages at a time and I don't really understand why. This is just what I've learned playing only offline with my nephew for the past 7 years and from playing connections specifically for the past few days, if any of that helps.

Forgot to mention I tested the end of the first round of that last match and you could have spent no chakra on using boruto lightning assist at the spin hit of narutos combo then doing one full down combo and gotten enough damage to kill your opponent then and there.

Considering that storm 4 has higher online during day time in eu than connections i doubt that it has great potential

I play the game on pc, is there any way to download and attach the dlc?

So after playing a few matches with my boy kiba the fact that his tilt is gone made his kit worse. Also when akamaru goes down sometimes kiba can't melee attack. Idk if its a glitch or what. They did him and puppet masters dirty

Well I used to use tilt to get akamaru to attack people from far away and to cover my base/sneak attack. Now i don't have as good control. Granted a haven't played since storm 3 but i think my muscle memory was helping me lol. I was decent but need to practice more and learn the new version of him

Not being able to hit after Akamaru goes down is a feature, not a bug. Since all of his combos utilize the dog you obviously can’t do much if he’s down

Yeah many players have cheesy setups for blocking enemies so it depends on what his gimmicks are and play accordingly, if he has setup then sometimes simply ninjamoving is enough sometimes you need to Jump shuriken and predict their chackradash and match it but he can cancel and bait you, its deep bro

Ninjutsu is a big part of neutral now, not for all characters but for many of them. This game is a mix of f'd up and what I kind of wanted. It's tough not to sub in this game. The damage in this game is insane if you choose not to sub when someone is hitting you with a combo. Fights now in this game are 2 to 3 minutes max.
