I'm surprised that he even willingly explained everything in detail when sometimes he can also be pretty private. Also, the food that he eats sounds pretty normal and similar to us. I feel so happy knowing this. There's no glorification of being on diet or anything, he's just eating normally (even the late night snacks) like all of us do. Jaebeom is life 💚

When I was recovering I used to watch groups (like bts) eating and it genuinely helped me so much. So if you can (without pushing yourself to hard) try doing that at your meal times because you always wind up getting distracted and eating more than you thought. Hope your recovery goes well ❤️❤️
