If I didn't have to be low-carb for my health then believe me; I would be eat all the pasta :( Jackson always talks about his sensitive stomach and digestive system so I think he's cut carbs due to health reasons too. Being carb-sensitive sucks but what doesn't suck is how your body functions and feels normal when eating less carbs. Everyone's metabolism is different but I'm glad he has found what works for him. (It also looks like he's low-fat so I hope he eats a lot of protein because he needs to get his energy from somewhere)

For the no spicy part, he has very low tolerance for spicy foods. I remember when he was a guest on a chinese show, his face went red after tasting the spicy food. The food wasn't even that spicy. Other guest wasn't bothered by the food but his face literally went red and he was sweating so badly.

the only thing you need to know about jackson is his detox shake period.

Obviously he said it is his detox shake not his "protein shake" I think he still drinks the chicken breast, he just has it as his protein shake while this version is just his detox shake. Jackson is very extra even in his shakes 😂
