I love this video Dev!! I definitely have pretty mean talks with myself too but once I started recognising that it was a voice that came from someone else in my younger years & not actually my own, it became slightly easier to slowly let it go. Sending you lots of love babe 💜💜

Yes internal monologues can be so sabotaging 😭 no surprises here that we are living the same life LOL
yessss, thanks for this. I've been doing a vlog series about life in my 20s and it's bringing up a lotttt of stuff to process. seeking my parents' validation and struggling with self-criticism are recurring issues. I keep thinking I've squashed them, but they keep rearing their ugly heads.
