BA hand luggage is actually 23kg or 51lb in all classes and that’s for each bag (personal item and suitcase/bigger bag). It’s easily one of the best allowances around

Oh my gosh 1 minute in and already want to comment! Ahh B12 injections, I've just had my 6 loading doses (twice a week for 3 weeks) and it has been a nightmare finding enough slots at the doctors' surgery to get them all done. Because B12 is intramuscular and uses a syringe rather than injection pen, I think that I'd find it harder to do on myself so I am so grateful for slots at the doctors! ❤

It's been a few years but I'm pretty sure when I first had mine you had to have 6 over 2 weeks. Be sure to get plenty of potassium rich foods as the b12 uses up potassium. A nice easy way to do this is coconut water providing you can tolerate the taste. Other things include banana's,.avocados, potatoes, nuts, celery, kale. And many more.

Loved watching this as always ❤ but I wanted to mention (I wonder if others will agree or maybe its just me) but i obvs noticed you are using a little mic, but to me the sound was kind of muffled. Like when you have a top or something sitting over your phone & the sound becomes quieter & slightly muffled. Dont really know what id expect you to do with that info tbh lol but thought it would be worth mentioning incase others thought the same.

Hey Gabriella was just wondering if the b12 jabs were new to you?. After seeing you mention more things about mental health it reminds me that is one of the ways in which i notice when im running low on my b12 shots again as it starts to affect my mental health. Same thing happens when im running low on folic acid and vit d. Sometimes i feel like im on a tight rope trying to balance everything out so that i dont fall flat one my face lol.
