Thanks for the support Angie, but unfortunately builders dont add pools to the home unless we go with a custom builder However we can always add a pool after purchasing a home, however be wary that it will void your grade warranty ~ Ive seen some of my client get quoted for 50-100k for pools Let me know if you have any questions!
