This is genuinely the coolest Sonic fan animation I’ve ever seen, the amount of personality for the characters you were able to convey without any dialog, and the insane action shots you did were awesome. I feel like Sega never uses Sonic speed in cutscenes even though they have limitless potential for insane cinematograph, and you delivered with this.

I love black knight I think it’s so underrated, and I think the series has done some nice cinematography like sonic unleashed’s opening, but like in frontiers the shots were as bare bones as it can get, outside of some of the new super sonic animations/cut in’s

I feel that Sega would have a huge struggle with the way they did Frontiers’ cutscenes. Had they continued using Maya Animations then yeah I one hundred percent believe they would’ve been able to convey his speed. However with the in-engine sprites, it would not have come out right

Lool yeah, I really wanted you guys to have as much impact watching it all put together as possible. I thought it'd be more fun that way, so I was actually starting to panic the longer this went on. I was doing my best to not even show the Sonic snippet because I wanted his entrance and things like the adventure pose to be like "Wow, that's cool!" seeing it for the first time. But I also had my own personal schedule of one post of a character a month that was hard to stick to. So after I showed Sonic I kept thinking "I need to finish asap... i can't spoil Super Sonic's reveal!" 😂😂 (ignore the thumbnail lol) I'm glad it was still really enjoyable and I'm happy seeing y'all who kept up with the earlier uploads! Thank you!!

For an animatic based on a mostly blind prediction of the final boss in the final horizon. This was brilliant! I loved every moment of this.

Thanks! My favourite part doing this blind to the story was uploading the Eggman/Sage part before the update released and then having comments saying "BRO, YOU PREDICTED IT!!!" while I had no idea what happened hahaha

This is actual cinema. The sheer amount of skill and appreciation for Sonic to finish this solo in less than a year is ridiculous.

I dont understand why no one hired this guy yet. The amount of effort he put into this is amazing. He captured everyone's personality to the peak and made the dynamic poses intriguing to pause and look at.

This is up there in "The Peak of Awesomeness!"

Absolutely incredible! I think my favourite little character detail is how Eggman completely refuses to move, staring down the beam and forcing Sage to stop the blast. By contrast, Sonic weaves and dodges the attacks by going with the flow-Silently communicates the complete difference in their attitudes, even though neither of them are worried about the actual attack.

DEAR LORD THIS MAN IS COOKING DONT LET THIS MAN STOP COOKING

There are so many creative and effective perspective choices in this that I kept rewinding and focusing on the small little choices and angles. It's excellent work and the thought and detail you put into this is made so blatantly obvious.

Everyone’s personalities and fighting styles are on POINT, and I love Amy’s part especially!

Loved Amy's confident little dance and Eggman being unafraid knowing that sage would protect him

If this was in full colour, this may genuinely be the best sonic animation of all time, or at least VERY close to the greatest, I don’t know why this video doesn’t have more view

everyone always says “Sega hire this man” but I’ve never been more serious in saying that I need you doing official work for this franchise. This animation has more soul than any cutscene or TV show sonic has ever put out with no exaggeration

I feel like Sega should be taking notes, because we’ve never gotten a cutscene with this level of intricacy before, outside of some exceptions like the Unleashed intro. The amount of effort on display here is astounding! Most of the time, we’re lucky to have characters do more than the *bare* *minimum* in the cutscenes, but this goes above and beyond. Really hope to see this kind of dedication to style in the future. Thank you.
