I believe Rashford will not leave he will follow Pogba and Martial footstep. Stay and collect his hugh salary weekly for the next 4 years. Rashford play first team since 2015..the only performances he have done was only last season because he wanted to get the extension. Unfortunately manutd think he is worth £325 a week. Mark genuinely thinks Man Utd are going to sell all these players in the summer, he’s so clueless it’s unreal. 1) the player has to agree to go 2) nobody and I mean NOBDOY is going to pay the wages they are on now so how are they going on he sold? 3) The end of the summer you will still have the exact same players with maybe a few additions as nobody is paying the wages so the players will run their contracts down.

Selling United players is like trying to offload the 2015 television on 2024 prices. It's going to be the hardest job on football sans maybe the manager role.

As a united fan in the past decade we have been complaining about the footballing structure above the manager and lack of clearing out some of these players. In my opinion I see clear intent from Ineos to fix these issues and it shows they have listened to the fans. I am quietly optimistic with the promise Ineos has shown and hopefully they live up to it in the summer.

The problem with this news is that no-one wants our players because most are crap. We should be actively looking to sell players, rather than waiting for offers.

Finally a show where everyone is on board

As previously advocated at the onset of this season, the retention of key talents, namely Mainoo, Garnacho, and Rasmus, is paramount for United to sustain success. The first mistake of Ineos is "thinking " to keep Rashford. There is no rebuild if Rashford remains in the squad and the coach that keeps playing him (ETH)

Mark makes a great point that this is a very delicate balancing act with setting up our future and being competitive in the now, but it's great that INEOS are looking at proper overhaul of the club.

This is great news. Wilcox, barrada, ashworth are all accomplished and been in the industry for years. They can identify when players are trying and when they’re not. Players downing tools again to sack another manager will not work with these lot. They see right through it. With Woodward and co on the other hand, the writing would be on the wall for Ten Hag. With everything going on I’m shocked this man has us at 6th in the table. And I know it’s a roller coaster every game. But at least hes not parking the bus and sticking with some of his principles inspite of players not getting onboard.

To avoid toxic abuse, I’m Ten Haag out but I am also most players out too. The two can be intertwined together. You bring in a manager with a vision and a system that is progressive and modern, me I’m going Amorim. He has shown a progressive style of play that works in a modern era of football. I feel Ten Haag style is B tec pep at Bayern style. It is outdated. With the news of the player reset too, perfect time to bring in a fresh face with fresh players that are brought in to fit in his system and style of play. I also do not want to hear about Man Utd do not play with 3 at the back, please for the love of god let’s move on with the times. Fresh manager, fresh players and fresh fan mindset to what can be a new era. You wanted an opinion that is not toxic Mark and to involve the community and the majority of us failed, I hope you see this and see there are opinions out here that are not just anger and abuse.

i would just give him until christsmas and see how he does before considering a fresh manager, and at that point i would make a decision. if getting rid of the players don't work, that's when i'll let him go

Bring in the analytic players this season, allow him to coach them in the system they have been bought for, then by next summer the manager will have an opinion also. But I understand your point. I think if you want to give him new players and give the current manager till Christmas or the season I can get on board with that, I support the club at the end of the day 😊

I would be worried about a major squad overhall, not because united dont need it but because it could take a long time for a new sqaud to gel together. I mean look at chelsea theyve completely changed the squad and have massively struggled with putting that squad together.

I would get rid off, Bruno, Rashford, Sancho, Maguire, mctominay, Dalot, awb, shaw, lindelof, Antony, mount, Erickson, Casemiro, varane And I’d keep Hojlund, Garnacho, mainoo, Onana. I think with the right squad of ball paying defenders and midfielders that are comfortable with the ball, Onana will thrive.

IF, someone offered between 60-70million for Rashford I’d sell him and not think twice about it. He needs to go!

We can thank injuries for them being there and starting. Eth kept them in the bench as long as he could until he had no choice. How many weeks did we see rash/hoj/Antony and mid of Bruno/case/mcT

What Ben Foster said on the last interview was spot on. The actual set up isn't good enough. Bringing 10 players in won't make a difference imo until we have the right manager and profile of player.

Regarding the clearout issue it's clear that it's needed but those who should go are on too big wages and are underperforming. My fear is that someone comes and says "here's 200 million for Maino, Garnacho and Højlund" and that we end up selling them instead. That's what I fear more than someone offering a 100 mil for Bruno. It all starts with a wage structure imo. Players no longer think that good performances are what they get paid for. They all seem to want more as soon as they string 3 good outings.

The only players i wouldn't sell are Mainoo, Garnacho, Hojlund, Dalot and Fernandes. All the rest, including Rashford should be sold.

If the spending cap is happening next season, it’s essential that SJR uses this window to smartly sell the players who have some value to buy players we need. I can see why this story popped out tbh

The only player who are worth keeping apart from Mainoo, Garnacho, and Hojlund, are Dalot, Martinez, Bruno, and Mount who I know will come good for us.

Id love you to awnser if you think garnacho and mainoo has a celing aswell. For example if they got a bid on 150M for Garna or Kobbie would they go?

These players were fully aware of the clear out and the changes that were coming. Some of them were intentionally underperforming trying to fire the manager that they could survive.

I think rash has already had this talk with the club and he has said he would go if psg made a move and utd think we'll let's get that out there and creat a bidding war for him and other players

Don't forget that ETH wanted a Todibo like profile CB and got a swan song Jonny Evans instead. And that's the hand he was dealt with before a horrendous injury crisis

So if we bring in frimpong, 2 centre halves, possibly a left back, a midfielder, olise and a striker then that's 7 players! With the budget we have I just can't see it happening

Sensible approach by Ineos - previous years we have gone into the market with certain players up for sale, and when we haven’t sold them, it has created less flexibility in terms of strategy for the following season. We need to try and strengthen every position of this team.

Every year we wait for the season to end quickly and wait for the new season with a glimpse of hope. The cycle goes on every year but there's still hope that things will turn out better in the club.
