I'm assuming that he doesn't talk to his uncle much. Also if he's used to talking to his uncle while he's in a certain mental state the patterns of the voice is slightly different

The name of this drama is Mask and its really good. Its a really old drama but full of twists and turns in the plot in every episode. They don't make them this good anymore and I'm sad seeing all of the actors that are no longer living. They were such good actors and that might explain why dramas have gotten worse with bad acting skills.
