This is one of the most entertains and fun r/c videos I have ever seen. A little silliness never hurts. I like the rubber chickens, because of the expression on their faces.

All 3 cars were my favorite! I had a big smile the entire video.

The chickens squawking on landing was hilarious. I've seen it as a prank on a fullsize vehicle, but try ziptieing a harmonica or kazoo to a fast car and seeing if it will make noise.

That was a blast to watch haha. Surprisingly, I think the rubber chickens were my favorite part.

I'd like to see an RC Army Duck! I've taken a ride in a real one which was really cool.

When I was a kid with my Traxxas Cat, I wanted to drive it in the snow, but the stock rear tires were bald from the massive power that 540 Mabuchi motor put out! My dad used to ice race motorcycles and had hex screw studs in his tires. I didn't have any lugs to put screws in, so I improvised and put thumbtacks from the inside of the tire with the spikes out. I put duct tape on the inside to keep them in place. I had a set of plastic skis from a building set I had, so I rigged up a way to mount them to the front. It went great on ice, but steering with flat plastic bottom skis wasn't that great. The only "science-y" thing I have done since was putting motion activated lights for a bicycle on my and my son's trucks so when they would bounce around or jump the lights would flash.

It's awesome seeing KZread ers going to places you know. The place where he floated the car is the little beach area at Whisby nature park. I have taken my element endro trialrunner there before and its great as its a fresh water lake you can get your cars wet.

Chuck some squeaky toys under the chassis of the eduro so it floats better

The chickens actually provided a bit of evidence. On skate park jumps shocks are compressing in the last 1/3rd of the jump. That's science

If you had tried Powerslide g13 F2 or F3 (f rating is for softness, so 00 is hardest whereas 3 is softest) you would really see what inline skate wheels are capable of. They grip or those wheels are sick.

😂😂 Phil you literally made the whole family laugh at the chickens. Hands down the funniest bit the first hop up on the ramp 👍 . The scooter wheels were surprising . With them being solid it really let the suspension do it's job quite impressive on that truck. How about sorting a rudder and fpv lake trip with the element .👍 Great vid Phil one of my favourite channels

Amphibious crawler wheel hoops! 👍👏

TRX6 middle axle on the rear would give you a sort of PTO to drive a propeller. Being portals, they might provide better ground clearance for it and should spin at the same speed as the transmission output, I think.

That RC on scooter wheels is freakin awesome. Gonna make that asap

You should try locking the shocks full extension. It would help steering angle and possibly rear sag in the water. Not sure about the sag part, but logically.. who knows!

I love my blackzon turbo mt so much I put a 60amp quickrun esc and abisma radio set..omg this thing is now super amazing...that's why I call it my "Super Turbo " it cashed head to head with my maverick Quantum MT flux...Blackzon won...no damage ..but bent shock rod on Maverick quantum flux .I used 2200mah 50c 3s...what a stable power house . Try it...

Yes, these have LEDs, but you need the bearings in them for connection to light up

I run the dog toys on my crawler from time to time ever since I seen your first science video, people get a kick out of it lol... I was wondering about trying pool noodles on each wheel and maybe some plastic pieces glued to make paddles?! Hehe just an idea for a future video?

Pool noodles make fantastic drift tyres on polished floors and actually grip pretty well on asphalt. I used them for test tyres when doing a modern electronics upgrade on a busted Taiyo Jet Hopper.

Cool video as always. I have an idea!!! Just typing my immediate thoughts...not having done any research but I've done a couple of TT02 drift cars using the one way diff on the front, which is awesome. My idea here is to see if one way bearings are available in the scooter wheel size, bush up the front axles to be a really tight fit , maybe even use some loctite to secure really tight on the inner race and go drift with scooter wheels on a 4wd park basher!! Getting traction to the inner race would be tricky but if it could be done it would perhaps be a good performer on those half pipes.

If you could figure out how to make the rubber chickens into wheels that would be absolutely hilarious! Alternatively, enormous wheels on tiny car, what will happen? Also, something incredibly silly and taking the concept of kitbashing to RC trucks with putting an RC excavator top on a crawler for shenanigan reasons.

The EDF fan sparked an idea , don't know wether it's been done or not but remove the motor keeping the esc for the battery from a car and leaving the servo on of course and maybe remove the driveshafts all round for less resistance and mount a edf fan on the back and see what speed you can get , bonus is you now have the fan for the floating crawler experiment

Come for the RCs, stay for the science... The very very super serial science.! 😉 😉.! 😁 😁.!!
