recipe and ingredients:
1.5 kilos of chicken legs
Dry the chicken legs with a paper towel
Salt and pepper mix
Basil, olive oil on both sides
Melt 50 g of butter in vegetable oil
Fry the chicken legs on both sides for 3-4 min
Chop 1 red onion
Fry for 2-3 min
Cut 1 kg of potatoes into slices
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Cut 125 g of sweet corn into pieces
Fry covered for 10-12 min
Cut 1 red and 1 yellow pepper
Fry for 3-4 min
Chop 3 cloves of garlic
Salt, paprika, basil
Fry for another 3-4 min
Place the fried vegetables in a baking dish
Place the chicken legs
40 grams of tomato sauce
40 grams of mayonnaise
20 g grainy mustard
80 ml soy sauce
20 ml lemon juice
Salt, pepper mixture, paprika, dried garlic
Mixing
Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables
Bake for 35-40 min at 180°C
