Everyone loves this recipe❗️Delicious and healthy no-bake dessert in 5 minutes. Simple and delicious
► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
15 g gelatin + ~ 30 ml cold water
let it sit
small tangerines ~ 10 pcs
1 kiwi (sweet)
Moisten the cake pan with water
Cover with cling film
Arrange the chopped fruits in a random order
400-500 g sour cream
100g sugar
stir and let stand until the sugar grains dissolve
2 bananas
Melt the swollen gelatin and add it to the sour cream
1-2 teaspoons poppy seeds
300 g unsweetened small cracker cookies
Fill the mixture tightly into the mold so that there are no voids
Cover with cling film
Place in the fridge for ~4 hours
A delicious, beautiful and moderately sweet dessert is ready!

Yoghurt instead of sourcream? Sourcream is very hard to get here in Italy…
