2 eggplants
1 tablespoon of salt
140 grams (5 ounces) spinach
4 tablespoons ricotta
1-2 tomatoes
1 garlic cloves
olive oil
Neapolitano sauce
Spices "Italian herbs"
Salt pepper
200 grams of mozzarella
30 grams of parmesan
13:00 Recipe No. 2 Eggplant slices with minced meat.
2 eggplants
300 grams (10 oz) ground beef
60 ml (2 fl oz) water
2-3 tomatoes
60 grams (2 oz) hard cheese
18:10 Recipe #3 Hearty Eggplant Casserole.
3-4 eggplants
1 cup of rice
1 onion
2 carrots
3-4 liters of water
100 grams cottage cheese (ricotta)
60 grams of mozzarella
30 grams of parmesan
Neapolitan tomato sauce or marinara
salt, sugar, pepper, paprika
dill (fresh or dried)
