Here is the homily I gave for the 5th Sunday in Orinary Time. This is the fourth in the series, "Everyone is Searching." At the Mass with children today, I emphasized the need we have to stay focused on the message of Jesus and not allow ourselves to be distracted by things that fascinate us. Jesus wants us focused on the message of repentance and the Kingdom.
