Cut 1 onion.
Welcome to our channel!
Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
1 carrot.
Add to the onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Grate 2-3 stalks of celery.
Add to carrots and onions.
Cut 1/2 medium cabbage.
How are you, friends? I hope everything is well with you.
Add cabbage.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
Grate 2 potatoes.
Squeeze the juice out of the potatoes.
Finally, salt the cabbage.
Mix cabbage and potatoes.
Add 600g minced meat, salt, black pepper and coriander.

Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
Today it is cloudy, but quite warm, +16°C.
Then place on a baking sheet.
Mix 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of white yogurt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of wheat flour.
Add 100 ml water and mix well.
Then add another 200 ml of water.
Add to the meatballs.
Bake at 190°C for 35 minutes.
Chop parsley.

Das Essen schmeckt am Ende sehr gut. Der weg dahin ist lang...leider geht's nicht schnell, da viel Vorarbeit nötig ist. Die Mengenangaben könnten präziser sein...ein halber Kohl war bei mir zuviel (hatte extra kleinen genommen). Dadurch ließen sich die Bälle schwer formen. Nach 3 Stunden in der Küche wurde das Essen als lecker bewertet. Habe Salzkartoffeln dazu gemacht.
