Everyday Revit (Day 287) - U Shape Stairs with Winders (Stairs by Sketch)
We are going to model a "U" shape stairs with winders today.

Hi bin how r u ...while creating winding i m watching that when u creating winding as a riser it's shows one riser created 22 remaining...and it's shows same until u created 4 winders........

I mean to say that as long as u created riser ..the remaing riser decrease ...but its not in ur case...thanku sir

Usually I will leave the roof structure (truss) to the truss manufacturer, they have some software to automatically calculate and model it (I believe). I do not recommend you to model it yourself. I will do a quick and simple one in a few days.

I think you can just just select the stairs and change the type.

Please model this whit monolithic...below of stair will be wrong

I agree that some of the system family tools in Revit are not very user-friendly, such as stairs and railings. Instead of trying to modify and make them perfect, I suggest using them only for basic elements like the riser and going for the steps. For more intricate detailing, it would be better to utilize model in place or even detail elements.
