The thing about being used to being anxious is so, so true. This used to be me during covid and directly after, but I learned to heal after finding peace, getting into my faith more and learning how to not be unhealthily attached in my relationships and not overthinking as much (really adopting the mindset of letting go of things that you can't control). It's still a very much a struggle at times, I don't think I'm all the way to happiness but I have so much more peace now and it's so much better than before.

It’s so difficult to find peace after being anxious for a while, and every time you think the anxiety is gone for good, it finds a way back 🥲 but it’s okay, it’s a process, it might be a long one but it’s worth it 🥰

I'm obsessed with makeup! So much so it's definitely an addiction at this point. But I would never look down on people who don't wear makeup. Some of my friends and family don't wear makeup and that's is 💯 okay. They are doing what makes them happy and I'm doing what makes me happy.

Same here, most friends and family around me converse makeup at all. They are all still gorgeous and I'm just grateful I have them in my life. I couldn't imagine being nasty because they don't wear makeup. Xx

Hi! I'm currently using the Fasio brow pencil I brought from Japan, but I used to use eyeshadow to fill out the gaps in my eyebrows. But if I find a good one, I'll let you know!! ❤

Hi! I definitely agree, but if I remember correctly, I was trying to say that I was actively practising things that made me happy. I am definitely the type of person that gets distracted easily and having routines that focused on me being present in the moment helped a lot :)
