Police shut the hotels down

From my understanding, the county has temporarily shut 2 motels down until the motels come up with measures to prevent these activities from happening within their vicinity.

​@@drgta6I read about it, and I think it sounds stupid to hold hotels accountable. How is the hotel staff supposed to know if your girlfriend is a whore?

@@drgta6That’s really interesting....especially from a legal standpoint. I wonder what percentage of their business was regular patrons not involved in illegal activity. What type of plan would ascertain that customers were acting with legal intent? How could they reasonably screen customers to make sure they were legitimate? It sounds like there is a great deal of infringement of people’s rights...including the business owners and the customers...involved with these decisions.

They closed 2 motels on the Ave. They are still there, but probably not as much and more spread out now!!
