In specialist hq theres a segment when learning recon that you fight a blightfather with a ray gun, thats it. Theres also a file at the end of the vanguard campaign that mentions something about the aether but knowing that games reputation its prolly glossed over alot

In a switch around easter egg, in the opening cinematic of "FIVE" you hear Fidel Castro say "I missed that", an obvious nod to the fact that Fidel Castro wasn't present in the room when you killed his body double in the first mission.

During Cold War's lifespan, I always had the theory that Bell was actually one of the members of the crew that first discovered Project Endstation. Granted, this is only based off of the fact that zombies appear in a flashback/mindmelt/not real segment, but still, fun stuff.

BO4 wasn't included in this, but the sound for the Classified Richtofen jumpscare is taken from BO1 when you meet JFK in the Pentagon and pull the gun on him.

Dang, I was hoping you’d talk about the Grim Reapers! In Black Ops 1 Zombies, I don’t recall which maps, you can see Grim Reapers made of blood on the walls at certain locations. What’s really interesting is when you’re playing through Reznov’s flashback, the Nova 6 level specifically, when you enter the ship containing Nova 6, you can look around and actually see one of the grim reapers on the wall. To me at least that seems like a deliberate connection showing Nova 6s use to make crawlers

it’s not a grim reaper it’s a generic blood stain on the engine, just human behavior to see it as a human figure

I’ve always loved how the numbers in BO1 eluded to zombies then ending with Mason saying “ascension” was peak hint to their first DLC map.

The fact that Raul Menendez and his cartel encountered zombies is wild 😂 I lowkey very invested into the Cold War zombies storyline 🖤

The round change music in waw is the same as the menus intro I never knew that always got surprised by the last zombie in the round

As an old time subscriber, I'm loving these edited, long-form videos you're putting out. Hopefully it gives a second life to the channel. Yes, I'm gonna miss the "offensive", hyper-active custom zombies playthroughs, but imo this is the right path to take the channel to. What's crazy is the developer that put the Ray gun ee in the campaign almost got fired for doing that

I really wish they'd go back to using WWII weapons in the zombies mode. I loved using such iconic weapons to fight the zombies.

Also another fun fact for the bo1 verruckt song, it was added to all 4 cod zombied music anthologies released by kevin sherwood and brian tuey and the other great guys at treyarch sound as long as spme other obscure tunes like the moon loading screen song and even the tranzit loading screen/ diner theme all officially released on spotify by treyarch themselves

The soundtrack for WAW is do incredible it always gives me chills

The asylum map in multiplayer and campaing does have a creepy atmosphere tho. Without the gunshots and soldier screams you can hear a distant piano being played and a woman crying in the toilets

I kinda like the idea of then being in the same universe and explaining why certain characters were gone in campaign but I'm alright if they are still separate by the end.

The Campaign level with the Asylum is also used in Multiplayer as well.

Is it just me or when Brutus spawns in it sounds like George from call of the dead when he gets enraged

i always wondered what the zombie was doing there in bo2's credits

My and my brother used to split screen waw and after getting to zombies and playing for a while I came back to the campaign and realised on Pelalu that the block house is the one from zombies and an actual shiver ran down my spine, I was like eleven at the time after all

The Japanese officer in the cutscene looks like Takeo but that didn't appear until BO1, because when you start a zombies game in WaW, Takeo looks rather different, its even more apparent on the Shi no numa loading screen

You could’ve honestly said that the monkeys from the rebirth island mission in bo1 were the monkeys used in ascension but just modified but I can see how it also doesn’t count at the same time. And also how you have to destroy the rocket in both ascension and the campaign

in BO2 campaign, I think it was in the carrier mission you can hear the Panzer's siren. not an easter egg but that part triggers some serious ptsd.

I thought i was the only one that thinks that the CLAW's from BO2, was quite cute and adorable to look at.

It was built on reused assets because no one knew it was gonna pop. When zombies already has a big fan base you shouldn't be constantly reusing assets.

After defeating the sniper in 'Vendetta', when Reznov opens the door, it will play two notes from the Mystery Box theme.

Surprised you didn’t mention the resemblance of Clark to the Pentagon Thief with their connection to the numbers and the writing on both of their faces.

The film reels you can play in Kino sound like Kravchenko. Later on in Gorod Krovi it’s revealed that Maxis was the one in those reels but he sounds nothing like him. So either they used a different voice actor or they wanted to have Kravchenko be involved in zombies since canonically Steiner created the Nova 6 crawlers.
