I'm 20 now, and I'm writing here to tell you that work on building good and strong habits. Avoid the company of bad people and be mindful of what you consume online. Just stay disciplined and work on yourself. I used to do the same things at your age, now I'm 20 and I'm proud of that you me. And will make my 30 year old version proud of me. So keep grinding hard.

I have a history paper, math test, and other things due tomorrow after being sick for nearly a week then visiting my dying grandmother over the weekend. Everyone in my school has only made fun of me for missing school and my best friend stopped talking to me. Whilst procrastinating i saw this video pop up on my feed right before I spilled my drink over my keyboard, breaking it and nearly the rest of my computer. I broke down and asked allah for a sign he was real, if I should revert to Christianity. Then, I prayed for things to get better and got the strength to do my history paper. Then, I remembered this video, I had seen right before my breakdown earlier and decided to watch it. Come to find out it’s a video about going against procrastination and working hard. I’m going to start praying fajr and working harder now. Thank you Allah for showing me this video, la ilaha illa Allah.

I've been working out for a few months now but I am unsure about something, can I as a girl work out in a way that enhances my muscle mass (such as calisthenics) or is it considered a man feature. JazakAllah Khair Ukhti. From what I’ve seen it is completely permissible as long as awrah is covered, you’re out of sight of non mahram and it doesn’t cause any harm to yourself. Our health is an Amaanah from Allah and our duty to maintain and build it. With the correct conditions and niyyah, it’s not only permissible but Ibadah too In Sha Allah.

I just deadlifted 315 lbs today, I've been training for one year and I'm gonna turn 16 the next thrusday. It's now 330lbs as i tried to max out one day before I turn 16
