    It is so true that to see the paintings in person is so different than seeing them in a book. I was fortunate to see the Tudor exhibit at the Cleveland Museum of Art last year. It’s was an amazing experience.

    Another incredible video -- thank you! I've always felt so sorry for Lady Jane Grey. She didn't want the throne, but it was forced upon her, leading to her execution. She was a little, innocent pawn in a horrific battle for power. P.S. You should read the play "Elizabeth Rex" by Canadian author Timothy Findley. I think you'd find it fascinating :)

    Was Robert Dudley's father executed by Queen Mary I? Based on the TV series "Becoming Elizabeth", Robert Dudley's father was against Queen Mary 1 and made her life miserable.

    PLEASE don't use that silly expression "Coronated". The term to use is "Crowned". This is on a par with "Gifted" instead of "Presented".
