I feel like such a weirdo. All the toys I liked from this toyline were the ones that got the most flak for one reason or another (Prime reimaginings, Core Pretenders, the Skids mold, Deadend, Pointblank). Oh well, to each their own.

@@TFanPage101 I heard many people complain they wanted all the Pretenders to be deluxe class or bigger and apparently some people didn't like the blending of the core robot and the shell. Also heard people complain about how Deadend's feet are too small, his head isn't ball jointed, and is apparently too derivative of the Dragstrip mold. Granted I don't know how widespread these opinions are, just saying I've seen them a lot. I think the figures are great though.

@@andrewkim9848 Yeah, me too. But some reviewers I've seen make him out to be the worst thing for some reason. Speaking for myself, just because something can be better doesn't make it necessarily bad.

Legacy: Year One was such a great toy line, remember coming off from WFC: Kingdom and on to this and thinking that it wouldn’t be as great but I am happy to say that I was totally wrong! It delivered us such great toys such as Motormaster, Armada Starscream and BW Transmetal II Megatron. Its successor Evolution is amazing too, eager to see Unity in September during Pulse Con!

I'm happy they extended the brand to other franchises. It (sometimes) gives my wallet a break and helps get others figures that hasbro has been sleeping on. Also i would rather transmetal 2 megs had been a commander. however, i do know hasbro wasn't sure about doing transmetals so they probably weren't confidant at that pricepoint.

Personally I didn't think the 1st waves didn't starts off good until wave 2 and onward! Granted they listened to the feedback on Prime Legacy toys and improved upon with Skyquake!

to be fair most if not all of legacy was already in production stages. but they still definitely listened and figures like animated prowl look much better because of it.

i do wish they'd give us an actual g2 megatron mold. one with the shoulder canon. also i wonder if speedia did poorly enough ( i know a lot shelfwarmed) that they cancelled the whole thing. I remember Hotrod was supposed to come out, but i even remember seeing people reporting that cosmo would get a repack in wave 3.... which was clearly replaced by the toxitron line (i also think i remember reading toxitron was suppsoed to be wave 3). it would also explain why i never say any of wave 2 in store. and why i could never find a galaxy shuttle.

Is legacy based off a cartoon ? Like WFC? If so, is it a follow up of WFC? (Just started collecting 2 weeks ago)
