Loved the video :D But... I thought there would be something from the japanese TFA comics orrrr the other short series of TFA comics... However, I am not sure how many times Megatron appeared there, it's been many months since the last time I've seen them... Edit: howww thee frog did this appear in my recommendations 11 months after being uploaded and not earlier

This is honestly why I love Animated Megatron. The sheer fucking confidence and charisma in his smiles is just so damn good.

Call me weird, but I headcanon that dude as ADHD. Like, he's most definetly a sociopath, but I think he's a sociopath with ADHD, and that's just not visible because since he's the boss, he accomodated himself really well. Also, Lugnut is a dopamine bomb.

0:03 I KNEW IT! I knew I wasn’t crazy, they nerfed Megatron! For the rest of the show he was only a few inches bigger than Optimus but in the season 1 finale he was a fucking giant.

@@Cock6339 I actually headcanon that since Lugnut is also a Decepticon, and created as a Decepticon, Lugnut was one of the oppressed Cybertronians before the war on Cybertron started, and due to Lugnut, well, being Lugnut, Lugnut got octracized everywhere, and couldn't even get the shitty jobs, due to a lack of social nuance. So, joining the Decepticons was the best thing that could happen to Lugnut. A good job, being just accepted for the way he is, and a boss who has the decency to not judge Lugnut. No wonder Lugnut is so obsessed with the boss who sees past his flaws, and just accepts Lugnut's quirks.

Oh I dunno... his ways may work on bloodthirsty warriors and sociopaths, but on others not so much. Constructicons said that he has good oil, but his management skills are far from perfect.

@@aidanholland4246 Is it weird that I headcanon him as ADHD, we just don't see any negative symptoms because Lugnut is his dopamine bomb, and also due to his leadership position, hr literally can't afford to show confusion or a lack of focus, yet we see the hyperfocus, joined up thinking and overall energetic demeanor. Like, he's a sociopath, but probably a sociopath with ADHD. Ok, I'm in ADHD therapy right now, and I learn about ADHD in there, and Animated Megatron is definetly a sociopath with ADHD in my book.

@@daydreamerstudios18 Starscream placed not a bomb on Megatron, but a device that made Megatron's circuits fry themselves. His shoulder exploded from the inside, weakening his armor plating everywhere in the area, including his neck, and other parts of his body. Starscream said itself. "I DEFEATED MEGATRON! I PLACED THE DEVICE THAT OVERLOADED HIS CIRCUITRY!" Proving: this wasn't a bomb, but simply a little device that made some contact with Megatron's circuits, and overloaded them. Idk what that type of contact is called, but it's the same type of contact that electric toothbrushes make with their charging stations. So basically when Megatron was on the ship, he was already weakened and battered, beyond just missing his gun arm.

Fanon Animated Megatron: sick and tired of everyone's shit, exhausted Canon Animated Megatron: energetic, loves every moment of his job, is in the middle of an intense hyperfocus, and uses his joined up thinking to solve his problems. I'm almost starting to think he's ADHD, it just doesn't cause him too many problems, since that dopamine deficiency is remedied by Lugnut. Really, Lugnut is probably his personal dopamine bomb.

Another thing I like about Animated Megatron more is that they didn't missed out his eyebrows. On the original G1 toy, he was supposed to wear a crown and the square around his head was kibble. But the designers apparently mistaken and made him wear a bucket shaped helmet and give him eyebrows. And whenever I look at Megatron in cartoons that retains the G1 bucket head shape, I make sure to check the eyebrows. So Animated is on the list for me. Like, lol.

The transformers animated game, my childhood, oh gosh. I thought it was a masterpiece back then. Now I can't help but laugh

It'd be cool if in Season 4, Unicron showed up, and made even Megatron go "YIKES!" Although, I think in his head, while he was listening to Blackarachnia's reasons for joining the Decepticons, he was probably thinking "I can excuse mass destruction, but I draw the line at racism.

Pretty the size differences can be chalked up to, yes, typical inconsistencies, but also just the style. Animated was very comic-like, and comics had exaggerated height differences to emphasize things like strength, prowess, and power of the situation. Who’s winning, in summary.

Optimus should have his Super Mode like from Transformers Cybertron,so that he might be able to fly to be vehicle mode and robot mode

Animated Megatron is more of a kid friendly version of Slade. He doesn't have the rapist or pedophile personality, though still being a cold calculating manipulative mastermind, like how Slade is.
