Outmaway also has one significant advantage over other weaker tier enemies: they can defend themselves against shell attacks, stopping them and kicking them back, which ought to give them a slightly higher tier ranking.

fun fact: you can’t be damaged by the firework enemy except by them walking into you so they’re effectively a goomba that you can use to break stuff

Actually I’m pretty confident that the watermelon seeds do no damage, all it does is knock you back a little. Justice for fire piranha plants! 13:51

I'd also note that cheep cheeps actually got nerfed in wonder: previously you couldn't stomp them while swimming, but now you can.

Goomba,ninji,goombrat,cheep cheep. They are "mostly harmless".

The hopcorn don't take damage from fire flower fireballs either, that can make them a little more annoying to kill

Drybones also can be killed by elephant trunks.

Pyro-po should be WAY lower tier, in fact basically at the tier of goomba, since once you stomp them they are effectively dead, and actually a detriment to the bowser army.

Why do I love the melon piranha plants?

The sugarstars can be defeated by the fire flower. They loose their "sugar crystal" shell and then deal no damage. Tho I think they will regenerate after a while?

Mumsies CAN be defeated by fire flower, it just takes a LOT more hits.

I'd say the bamboo-like enemies should be considered higher-tier than basic koopas, since they stack unlike koopas. While koopas can be kicked, they stack. (also like koopas, they're basically turned into shells but returns after a while)

The rift clone enemy can actually be killed if you throw enough fireballs at it, but it gets stunned everytime so you'd probably only want to do it if it's REALLY getting in your way

the little firework guy in the airship level can't actually hurt you unless you walk right into it while it's alive. you can hold him as he explodes or even be in the blast radius and you take no damage

I named the Blue Shell enemies KoopBerts because they look like a cross between Q Bert and a Koopa

Rift koopas should be somewhere in the list (probably just below bullrushes).

Pryo-po does not deserve to be higher than the bobomb since the fireworks can't damage mario they pose about as much threat as a goomba
