You know I was doubtful when they chose Niall for a chair last year but he really is such a great addition to the show. He's obviously so present and appreciative of all the performers. Love all his expressions.

And he's a great coach. He's been the kid full of nerves with a cracking voice that skyrocketed to super fame, so he's really able to help the ones that just need some shaping and confidence.
